I received a text message stating telephone appt. with pharmacist. However will be out of the country at said time and therefore responded to email which came back β€œundelivered β€œ. Telephoned surgery on non appointment line only for phone to ring out 5 mins plus before I hung up! Then telephoned appointment line to leave number for call back. I am disappointed to say that apart from being time consuming and frustrating, the system is totally counter productive and should allow response by text. This is the age when full use of communication by technology should be embraced and considering the number of complaints about communication this issue should be first and foremost in the minds of the practice partners. If resources are stretched then embrace technology and make lives easier for everyone. PS received callback and now at head of queue and still waiting,

Overall very poor service provider… very rarely can you speak to anyone over the phone without a 10min wait.. especially if you select general enquiries from your 2 options when you call. Communication needs to be improved; if you say you’ll call be back then do so… it’s frustrating to wait and have to chase up and go through the same pain mentioned above. Trying to get an appointment is not ideal either.. if I call to request an appointment for tomorrow, you’ve got no chance.. call back tomorrow.. your patients have daily life to rearrange to suit. If I can only make tomorrow, I need an appointment tomorrow! I don’t want to tell my boss I need time off, but don’t know if I need time off as I need to ring back on the morning and hope I manage to get to the front of the queue before you run out of appointments. Doctors are professional and helpful though; guess that’s the main thing.

Cannot get an appointment, I'm in pain with Arthritis, and after having to explain to the receptionist, have been offered a phone call with a pharmacist. I wouldn't give this place one star, but that's the minimum.

It's getting worse and worse, nearly always empty, watched two doctors come at 9.40 and 9.45, the locums patient had been in there before me at 9.25, she called him at 9.50 so she was lete again, and from what I've heard in no rush. I put a prescription in but after 4 days not heard nothing, so went in and the young girl leaning on hand biting nail, said, " yeah they get away from us sometimes" well...it's not the first for me. I can go back many many years, waited 6 weeks to see my doctor, it seems to be run by locums now, who really don't put themselves out, and would you for they many they get. If you had the 3 doctors working, from 9 to 12 and 4 to 6 that's a lot of patients. But I've been there many times sitting on my own in the waiting room. And the half day closing on a Thursday. Anyway that's just part of it.

I used to work here and I'm genuinely not surprised at the bad reviews given. The reception staff are awful and talk about reality TV more than the actual jobs they're supposed to be doing. For some reason they don't like dealing with actual people? I lost count of the times I heard them slagging patients off and discussing their private conversations and even making fun of others. It was amazing how many times the 'manager' would pull you up about leaving a mouse on the wrong size of the key board or moaning about not leaving the chair to her height, it was actually laughable how those were issues that needed to be discussed at meetings but not how the drs fall to sleep upstairs, how the drs tell you to fob certain patients off because they want an early finish and how they would recommend patients to go to A&E for something 'minor' just because they didn't want to see them. Genuinely never worked in a worse place than this.

If you want to feel like you're in an episode of Bread, register with this surgery and call reception. The receptionists are unprofessional, rude, harsh and unkind. Worrying that we're coming out of an incredibly challenging pandemic and they carry a portion of responsibility for people's mental and physical health. This review is no reflection on the hard working nurses and doctors who probably have no idea this is the patient experience.

I would like to share our family’s experience. We have been with Sina Health since the day it opened. We have received consistently outstanding patient care from Dr Lotlikar, Dr Jawahar, Dr Mohan throughout all the years. All the reception staff are most courteous, respectful and incredibly helpful. I have complex health issues and all the staff are absolutely fantastic. I’m sad to see the bad reviews. We have nothing but praise for everyone here. Throughout Covid this practice has continued to provide excellent patient care despite the challenges the circumstances they faced. Thank you to all at Sina Health for being a lifeline always. This practice deserves the highest accolade. Thank you so very much with heartfelt thanks. x
