   Magic Hand provided an expert service in cleaning and repairing a group of oriental rugs for me. A number of them had been attacked by moth while others were very dusty and dirty. They were detailed in their examination of the rugs, and skilled in restoring them. They collected and returned them promptly. Highly recommended.

   I was extremely happy with the service provided by Magic Hand - they did a beautiful job with the cleaning and were very reliable in cleaning my rugs and returning them on time. This was important as I was moving house and they needed to be put in storage. Anas was also very impressive in keeping me in touch with progress on the rugs. I have used the company several times before and have always been delighted with their service. The rugs always look like new when returned! I can’t recommend them highly enough!

   Magic Hand, recommended to us by The Rug Company, didn’t disappoint. They were professional, good value, attentive and efficient. They collected and delivered our rug when the said they would and the quality of the cleaning was outstanding especially as they had to remove cherry juice soaked into it. I can’t recommend them highly enough and will definitely use them again.

   I was recommended to Magic Hand after my dog was very ill on my beautiful rug, and I am amazed at the fantastic job Anas and his team have done. I thought my rug was ruined but somehow they have made it look like new. Their service from start to finish was superb - they responded promptly to my initial enquiry, collected my rug a few days later, kept me updated on the progress of the cleaning (including sending photos and videos of the cleaning process) and returned my rug a week later. I cannot recommend Magic Hand highly enough - such a great company to deal with!
