   Quoted me a price at £40.95 then took £63.54 from my card. Rang to enquire and was informed that the prices given were not including VAT or delivery (this is in contravention of trading standards). Neither were stated as not included within the quoted prices or advised that they would be added before taking the payment. Customer service for the issue was horrendous, was asked what my problem was and that he has more important things to worry about than a £63.54 gasket. My options were send it back for a refund or deal with it as he doesn't care, will never use again!!!!!!
