I booked a free battery check here 2 months ago as my car displayed a low battery charge message. They didn’t even do the check as they told me that it was the key fob battery, despite my insisting that on the different forums they discussed about the probability that the battery was dead. Eventually, the battery died, costing me extra money… avoid it
When i arrived for my appointment, I was greeted and explained that there would be a delay due to a staffing issue, however, I was seen to promptly and my car was sorted quickly. Neil and Kevin were so lovely, honest and down to earth. It was clear they were under some stress especially on such a hot day. Popped some biscuits in for them as I was very grateful and appreciate their hard work and effort! Thanks again! Ill definitely be back!

Had a dipped headlight bulb fitted. As soon as I started the engine (hadn't even left) the bulb warning light came on. When the mechanic and I opened the bonnet. They had left parts of my headlight assembly loose on top of the engine. Luckily it was working. However 2 months later the car failed the mot because the bulb was installed upside down! Easy fix but not acceptable.
Thought id book and have my rear pads replaced first off was told there 4 post ramp was condemned so had to go on smaller one which he wasn't sure my car would fit so thought id bite the bullit asked price and they quoted £136which i thought was a bit extortionate but thought its cold y not when I got there ten minutes before my booked appointment i was ask for contact number I asked why and they said it would take 2and a half hours to replace pads i no by experience in doing it myself would take me 45 mins tops and thats doing on the drive if u book a timed slot why does it take that long to even get your car on the ramp so as you can imagine I told him I'm not leaving my car i went to auto store and bought the most expensive rear pads and copper grease total value £31 pound ill let you do maths so 31 pounds and half hour on drive all done poor service i think and will never use them again
