Absolutely Shocking customer service DONT USE, ordered part's 4 weeks ago and still no parts or any response to where they are stay Away.
Took 6 weeks for a jet to turn up that the website reported was in stock. No response to emails or anyone answering the phone. Frustrating to miss out on so many rides.
After being told that Allen’s is the go -to place for Mikuni pilot jets ,that’s what I did only to find they’ve no stock.As I expected.What a joke
Really impressive service from Steve and Michael. Entrusted my Mikuni carbs to them for a service and the guys did a fantastic job with them. I appreciated them taking the time to talk me through what they were doing and what they found too. Engine running way better as a result. Thank you!

Ordered mikuni rs carbs kept telling me they will have them in 2weeks time waited 3montha then gave up bought them from usa with import charges only cost me £600 and all within 2week pluss i saved £300
Very blunt lacks any customer service skills. Been servicing and rebuilding carbs for years, have even bought many parts from them before online, however, had a few questions to ask on the phone, which I couldn't even get round to asking as so shocked to the blunt behaviour. Terrible.
I only I could give them zero stars...more than 2 months after I placed my order some of the items are not in stock and they still don't know when they will be. They do not reply my emails , I have to send them an email every day , in order to reply after 2 weeks. Waste of time and money. I escalated to pay-pal for refund.
