   We used IVS to undertake a full deep clean after we purchased a property. Unfortunately on the day we arrived, the house had been left in a state with layers of dirt and grime on all surfaces. Whilst we expected some cleaning needed following our viewings, but it had gotten a lot worse and IVS had a bigger task on their hands than anticipated. We were very happy with what they achieved given the circumstances, they arrived at 9am and finished around 4.30pm undertaking a thorough clean of all walls windows flooring and surfaces as well as a carpet clean and white goods. Unfortunately they were unable to remove some of the stains but that it not a reflection of their services - the previous owner had treated the property so poorly, some bits couldn’t be cleaned to perfection…. I’ve included some before and after. Would recommend IVS to anyone and the team (2 guys, 1 girl) were very friendly and determined to do a good job.

   I’ve been using IVS CLEANING for domestic cleaning for a long time and recently I decided to try their garden cleaning, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was friendly, punctual, and clearly experienced in what they do. They didn’t just clean the garden they also made sure all the waste was properly removed and disposed of. The booking process was very easy and communication was clear and quick.

   An excellent experience. At the appointed time on a bank holiday, and for a very competitive price, arrived Meg at my home in W8 and proceeded to transform it into a spotless clean flat (that oven!) to return to my landlord. She did it with extraordinarily efficient and careful hard work and was most pleasant, accommodating, and solicitous. Cannot recommend it in stronger terms. Thank you so much.

   We’ve been using IVS for a while, they are very responsive and reliable. We had a few very lovely cleaners, our current cleaner Hrizantema is going above and beyond, she’s very thorough and got so much done in 2 hours! Tatyana on the management team is also very nice, always replies our messages quickly and very accommodating to our schedule/ needs. Can’t recommend them enough!

   I was really impressed with the quality of the cleaning. We bought an old house which had been rented for years, and moved in with a baby. The transformation was amazing. The house felt fresh and completely clean from top to bottom. Especially the windows and carpets, we would definitely use them again and 100% recommend them!

   Danny came and cleaned my oven today and he's done a totally sparkling job. No-one has ever taken the trouble he did, including dismantling the whole door so as to get right inside to clean everywhere. It's all truly looking better than it has since I bought it. Even left me 2 spare protective sheets for the bottom. (No need to buy them from a famous supplier who shall be nameless anymore). Awesome value for money.

   We are fortunate enough to have Borislava and Marietta clean our place weekly. When they first attended, they were in and out so quickly I thought they must have missed entire rooms. But on the contrary – everything was spotless, sparkling, and tidy. I've been a bit of a pain with switching days because of work, and the team at IVS are always happy to accommodate my changes. Highly recommend!
