   Whilst we were sat waiting, the guy was screaming profanity at the air machine at the top of his lungs. He was clearly stressed out! Told customers it was fully booked but the day before when I booked online all the slots for tyres were free. I won't be using this company again.

   There was an issue with the tyre fitted as it was on the wrong wheel As soon as we asked for the tyre to be put on the required wheel they fitted a new tyre the same day with no charge with no quibbles. Excellent customer service

   On my way up north for a family funeral when my car started making a terrible noise, so I pulled off the motorway and saw the autocentre like a I can’t begin to describe my relief when they so kindly agreed to look at my car(45 minutes before they were closing) The exhaust was broken and the amazing Kev, Chris, Riley got me back on the road in no time.    Initially took my car in for a knock with the steering. The guys changed the steering rack, but the knock was still audible, they changed the steering rack again under warranty and completely free of charge, just in case the first one was faulty (not their fault) - and that fixed the issue. The guys were great throughout and couldn’t help enough. Highly recommend.

   What an amazing team of technicians ! Even when they had a massive equipment failure they carried on putting the customer first and did it old school by putting their hands on the tools and fitted my tyres manually. Thank you for all your hard efforts it was well appreciated.

   Tyre was repaired well and wheel balanced so no issues with the work done. Only issue is with their IT system. Firstly,I was able to book the appointment on line very easily either for am or pm, so opted for am. On arrival at the workshop though, I was told that they were full for the morning so it would be done in the afternoon so I had to leave the wheel with them. Good to their word they rang me early afternoon so I went to collect it. Only this time they couldn't find me on the system so I ended up having to find the confirmation email on my phone to prove that I had already paid.

   Poor. Appointment was at 8:30 when the place opened. Arrived 15mins early as requested in the email to me. The place didn’t open until 8:50 when a gentlemen arrived on his pushbike. It was clear he was left on his own to run the whole place. He was cursing and swearing throughout fitting my tyres and the three weren’t balanced as paid for on my order. The guy was in a foul mood and I didn’t want to stick around to get in an argument. I will not be revisiting.
