My mercedes went into this garage on the 19th of March as I had broken down in long eaton and was towed by the rac to the garage. The mechanic manny said he could fix the issue/faults . I collected my vehicle 10 days after it went in and 10mins on the m1 the same issues arose and car went into limp mode . I rang manny who said to bring it back which I did straight away . Since then I have took my car back 8 times since it initially went in to be looked at in March. My car has been with them for the whole of april ,3 times in may and twice in June yet when I ask for the paperwork for what he has done for the 3 months I get ignored as I would like to know what jobs he actually did on my car for the 3 months it went back to him. Also manny the mechanic told me he was the owner of the garage and now when I want to complain he tells me he will get the owner to email me ,it's been 2 months and I still haveno email from the owner to sort this problem. Manny also damaged my car badge on the front and accepted liability for it and said he would order a new grill to repair it . 2 months later I have no grill and now manny is saying it's the tow company who damaged my badge not him. I have video evidence from the tow company when they collected and dropped off my vehicle to prove it was fine when they collected from me and delivered to elite autocare and this was sent in collection of my car. Manny said he had video footage that showed they damaged my car but still hasn't produced the video to prove his story isn't a lie . I have voice recordings of this mechanic lying about what he has done on my car and accepting fault for the damage he has done,I have no faith in this garage the owner is not manny is just the manager and constantly lies about the little things . I have him lying in texts not sticking to his word Lied about damaging my car then said he will fix the issue only to blame the tow company yet won't produce proof that it wasn't him.
Great customer service . MOT & interim service at short notice . No pressure selling just honesty . Fair price and fast service car was ready in just a few hours . Will definitely use again and I recommend . Thank you .

Brought my car in with ABS light on. They had it in for 3 days and there only answer was to change the brake fluid five times. Originally said it would be £50 then when I went to collect they said it is £300. Took it somewhere else and they said straight away it was a relay, no light now. Also be careful this garage will rip you off with a load of MOT advisories that do not need doing. Avoid this garage at all costs.

When my car broke down Saturday the RAC took me and my car here. They were not open the following Sunday so had to wait to call 8.30am this morning. 1st off they were very professional and called me back within the hour to get a quote. I few hours later I got a call telling my car was ready and for a very very fair price. I am 100% going to these guys in a few weeks for more work and my MOT. The man I spoke with was Manny. Not sure on the spelling but he and his other staff were amazing. I would 100% recommend this place. Thank you so so much. Xxxx
