    I definitely recommend TSV if you need an End of Tenancy Clean and I'm surely using their services again in the future. They did a brilliant job at our flat, specially in the kitchen appliances and bedroom carpet. They are very professional, trustworthy and reachable. Diana would reply all of my messages straight away. And if by any chance they have any minor omissions, they will take full responsibility and be available to attend again. All that for a fair and reasonable price. I'm grateful to them for having made our moving out process a bit less stressful. The cleaning part was something we didn't have to worry about.     Did a great job cleaning, the place was as good as possible once they had finished. The price was very cheap, as we had a large one bedroom flat but they didn’t request any more over the standard flat rate. Communication could be improved as we received an email after meeting and payment that we wouldn’t be covered by the Guarantee but still think the job was very well done and would use them again.

    Excellent service from start to finish. The booking process was super easy using the online chat. I was given a quote immediately by Tony who was both professional and polite. On arrival, they were very friendly and respectful of my home ensuring no mess was made or left behind. A fantastic job was done cleaning my oven and it now looks completely new. The food/drink stains on my sofa have all been removed after numerous attempts of trying to clean it myself.     I booked with TSV Cleaning because of the positive feedback they had and decided to share my experience as well. I should mention that the team was a tad bit late for our appointment but apart from that, they did an amazing job. All of the kitchen appliances were sparkling and there was this overall feel of freshness and tidiness. I wouldn’t do it better myself, especially with my busy schedule around the move.

    I want to say thank you to Tony and Nina for a good job well done. They came to my house to do a professional Grill, Oven, cooking hub and extractor cleaning and I was happy with their service. I had a problem opening my loft and asked Tony if he could help he happily came to assist me even when he eventually opened it he went up the ladder to make sure it was quite secure for me to climb on to which was quite a kind of him. They were both polite, nice to talk to. I will defiantly recommend and use their company again.

    Used TSV for my end of tenancy deep clean and the experience was excellent! They were very professional right from the point of providing a quote to completing the actual cleaning and sharing pictures with me once the cleaning was done (since I was away at work) I dealt with Nina and Toni and both were very professional and helpful. There was a minor issue regarding access to the property but Nina being a thorough professional dealt with it very maturely and worked around the issue without any fuss even though it caused some inconvenience to her. They cleaned very thoroughly and sent me pictures. Only after I confirmed I was happy did they leave the property. Strongly recommend them!!
