   Have tried ringing this places over 5 times ! They do not answer their phone ! What sort of business does that ? I wouldn’t use them even if they paid me

   Went to this laundry oh tue guy brown in colour he must be a goan , very bad attitude doesn't know to repect and talk to customers. Thank god he just work in this laundry not a big customer service area due to his bad attitude. I have been there quire often so this time I thought I need to give my review.

   I've been using NK Cleaners for their affordable dryer service, which offers 4 minutes of drying time for just £1 – a great deal. However, the state of the place is a bit disappointing. It's often messy, with soiled linen scattered around, and there's a noticeable bleach smell in the air due to the busy laundry operation. Despite the convenience of their opening hours (Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm), it could use better maintenance to create a more pleasant atmosphere for customers. Keep in mind they close at 4pm, so plan accordingly.

   Prices are okay. Can get pretty busy. Services are available are good. Parking is a bug problem. Watch out because you can get a ticket if parked outside. This was the first laundrette I used when I needed to use such services. My main reason for the low score is that it is so busy with laundry from hotels and I think meat shops. A few times I have been in there and there is an unpleasant smell from what I think was butchers overalls. It smelt like a meat shop. If they are not it still looks like a mess and doesn't smell nice and puts you off from using the same machines.

   Do not take your valuables here. I took my expensive kambal (blanket) to this man but got ill and he threw it away after 2 weeks without calling me. He said he put it in the charity bin in Hounslow West Station and was unapologetic. After giving me attitude I reminded him that I should be the one who is angry as I trusted him. It was a gift from my relative who is no longer here.

   Most reliable dry cleaners in West London! Excellent quality of work and always go over and beyond what is expected to satisfy my needs. Haven’t got a single fault in all the years I’ve been using their services and always service with a smile. 110% would recommend for anyone that requires washing/dry cleaning needs.

   I have used NK Cleaners for bed sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases for several months for a AirBnB property. Excellent service. A very personalised & friendly service. Communication is excellent and even our difficult deadlines are met without issue. Everything is washed, & ironed. Best of all everything is given back in packed, labelled and seaked in plastic !. Its the service you would expect for 5 star hotels at a very competitive price. Professional service beginning to end. I highly recommend them...and too be brutally honest most of my reviews are negative...so to post a positive one means something. Well done

   I sent my younger sister to take in a dress for dry-cleaning on Thurs morning and she collected it on Thursday evening. When I returned home from work I noticed the dress still had an odour (clearly hadn't been washed) and had not been ironed at the bottom. I sent my sister back to return the dress on Fri morning and spoke with one extremely rude young man over the phone. After a lengthy conversation (or argument) , he finally agreed to dry-clean the dress again as a 'goodwill gesture'. Only problem was he had already sent my sister away and told her he would only iron the dress again! Being at work and with a wedding at 6pm in the evening, there was no way I could dry-clean the dress in time at NK or anywhere else. Advice to the owner of this dry-cleaner: Get rid of that rude and unintelligent young man and get someone to do the job right! I wanted to keep business local but you've lost all future custom over £7.50! Technicality: you get 1 star because I can't give 0 stars on here.
