    It's a while since I've been in a Costa & based on this experience it will be a long time before I'm back in one. The coffee wasn't up to much, the 'clean' table was covered in a sticky film that my bare arm stuck to! I put serviettes on the table & they stuck to it too. The Toastie was passable but poor. The mince pie was no where near as good in comparison with those sold at other coffee shops. A visit to the loo finished off the depressing visit. There was a large trail of urine from the loo virtually to the door. Grim, really grim. There was only two staff serving resulting in a long wait. My recommendation is - avoid.

    Lovely coffee, food grand, just pity the outside, has not been cleaned up for at least week. Countless cigarette butt's, dirty seats and tables,not to mention dandelions growing in the cubicles. Def in need of a clean up all over. A clean coffee shop would help the atmosphere.

    Top marks to the lovely staff and the coffee and cake was very welcome. The place could do with a deep clean though! The tables are really sticky and unpleasant, I happened to have antibacterial wipes in my bag so tried to wipe mine down, but gave up as the thick sticky dirt is ingrained in the wood, yuk

    Sat in and had a lovely coffee and panini whilst my car was in for a service over the road. Place was busy when I first walked in but soon quietened down. It was quiet untidy especially the area they give you your drinks. Unfortunately they did not have any plates etc so was given a paper plate to eat off.

    The coffee was fantastic. However very short-staffed & I had to wait nearly 5 minutes for someone to serve me even though there was no one in the queue. I purchased two americano coffees, two granola bars and two chocolate brownies both of which were out of date and expired and only discovered the yellow sticker on the bottom of them after I purchased them. The location however, is very handy and write the side two electric chargers on Boucher Road.

    I CALL TO COSTA EVERY MORNING BEFORE WORK AND HAVE TO SAY I GET THE BEST SERVICE EVERY DAY FROM THE MANAGER THE PROFESSIONALISM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TO EVERYONE OF HIS STAFF 10/10 THE STAFF CREATE A GREAT BUZZ AND PLACE ALWAYS SPOTLESS....

    I love the coffee here but please clean the place !!! the cleanliness is really disgusting inside. You need to hire a cleaner to clean properly or train your staff to clean the place . The floors are dirty , the tables are dirty and the furniture needs cleaned especially the sofas. Have some pride in your appearance please .
