Hi Called into the cage for a quick brunch today. Service was quick and efficient. The food was quite disappointing. Omelettes and scrambled eggs were very overcooked to the point they were totally dry. Another customer came into the shop with a small dog which attracted the attention of the waitresses behind the counter who were straight over to pet and feed the dog. I watched as neither waitress washed their hands before returning to the counter to pour fresh coffees etc… I couldn’t believe it! Just glad we had already received our food before this encounter. Will not return.

I always walked past this cafe, today I ventured in. Great coffee, great staff, best on the road. Served within a few moments of arriving. Nothing increases your appetite more than a warm smile, brilliant. So nice I had a second coffee to go. Talk about a mood enhancer experience. Will definitely be back with a friend, as the food menu looked great and cafe was not as noisy as other neighbouring coffee shops in vicinity usually are. Toilets were also spotlessly. clean. It was nice to feel wanted.

UPDATE: I went back two more times after my first review! The food is excellent and fresh. The pancakes are so good I braved a rainstorm to walk to the place! Previos reviewL Lovely place with great menu and exemplary service! I had an issue with my credit card and Gabriel, one of the owners, could not have been kinder or more helpful. Great combination of fine food, reasonable prices, and lovely staff.

Lovely, cheery staff who welcomed my 2 pups with a puppacino. A beautifully prepared Eggs Benedict and a smile with a funny light show ( accidentally switching the lights off for a split second). What a lovely, charming, super clean place. Oh, and I got a mint tea for myself, in a pot that gave me 3.5 cups. Fabulous.

Decided to pop in for breakfast today, first time visiting this cafe. My latte was lovely and well presented. I ordered poached egg on toast, this was presented very smartly as you can see from my photos, my only observation was that the toast could have been toasted for a little longer as it was soft in the middle and I had to ask for extra butter as one was not enouth. Staff were very friendly and polite. I enjoyed my visit and wouid recommended this cafe and will certainly return.

Lovely cafe on the Lisburn Road in Belfast. The breakfast and coffee I had there was delicious. I was on a comfy sofa and found the whole place very relaxing. They have toilet facilities and some outside seating also.

The staff were lovely but the chicken burger was average, a bit dry and tough and the chips were tasteless but I don’t like chips anyway. Pricey enough for what was served. The table was wonky - annoyingly so. Busy enough as Norn Iron were playing a match that evening so the fans and PSNI were in for a few snacks

Nice clean café on the Lisburn Rd in Belfast. Very friendly staff and service with pleasant manners and attention to questions. Good selection of sandwiches and snacks with drinks like tea and coffee to match. I had the egg benedict which was really tasty as seen in my photo. Take away service also available. Pop in you won't be disappointed
