   I do enjoy a Nero's, but I never get my coffee the way I like it.... no froth, from speak with another branch (Boucher Rd. Which is a 5 star branch, staff and coffee made as ordered) they advise that Nero's policy is to make the coffee to the customers liking, I find the staff at University have attitude....also the shop is generally messy even on early Sunday mornings..hope it improves!

   There were 5 customers standing in the queue for as long as 20 minutes, even though there were two staff members at the till too busy gossiping and not doing anything. Additionally, a female staff with long brown hair and black glasses doesn't do anything but argue with the customers, such as the elderly lady infront of me, and myself, even when she's in the wrong. The lady also accused me of using the Cafe Nero app, refusing to give me thestamps that I was supposed to recieve for bringing my own cups and purchasing coffees. I heard all the customers in the line complain about the duration of the wait, whilst the staff members proceded to do nothing about it, continuing with their gossip. It is a shame as it is a lovely Cafe Nero with a great atmosphere usually the staff in the other Cafes are absolutely amazing, however the other customers present would agree with me when I say that the staff members were rude and inconsiderate, especially the lady, which I've heard people have had similar incidences with.

   The coffee desserts are very average, there is always a bad smell, but I have to say that the atmosphere is very good, and it is very comfortable to study inside.

   This Caffe Nero cafe in the Queens area of Belfast, Northern Island is well worth a visit. It has really attractive decor and is very well maintained. The food and drink are of good quality and the staff are very helpful.

   One of the nicest neros in terms of layout and seating areas etc but my God the staff need trained in customer service. Long wait times whilst staff do other tasks and a queue builds up, no 'hello' or 'thank yous' just abrupt and lacking social skills generally. The up sell of Columbian coffee without informing customers of the up charge is also just not great practice.

   A refreshing change from the usual Caffè Neros, clean, cosy, warm and the staff are Lovely. Location is fantastic. It is always busy and hard to get a seat but worth the wait.
