   I used to get coffee here every other morning. But unfortunately no matter how many times you ask for 2 pumps of syrup instead of usual 4, they never do it. You can literally ask while ordering and they will turn around and put 4. I got tired of calling them out while standing there as they get visible unhappy with you. This morning once again I asked for 2 pumps, watched the man put 6..like what the hell. Oh and forget for extra shots of coffee you paying. They won't add that.

   A Starbucks coffee from one of its other 35,000 locations would taste just as sweet. Handily found at the entrance of the train station, they have big plush seats and sofas to kill time when you're waiting on your transport to arrive. Plus, when I was there, a poetry performance nearby was taking place so that was nice.

   My friend and I frequent here a few mornings a week for our go to Pumpkin Spice Latte, however the consistency is lacking. Depending on who makes the coffee that morning depends on the quality of your drink. Sometimes it's delicious, sometimes we don't get our sprinkle topping as stated on the menu, and sometimes we don't get enough syrup. Today was one of those days... sadly we did not get our topping but also not enough syrup. Not a happy hump day unfortunately.

   I’ve been coming here for month now from my now job includes getting the train. And for I’ve noticed it is always the same staff on, especially the blonde teenage girl, who I usually get, when she’s on I will end up not getting a coffee as I already know it’s not going to be done properly. I sit everytime explaining my drink (bare in mind the exact same drink everyday) very slowly as I don’t want it messed up, but always when I get my drink it’s wrong, somethings missing, it’s not the drink I asked for at all. For this to be a Starbucks confuses me as every other one I’ve ever been to is just so much different, so much better, never a mic up on drinks or nothing, then when I complain I get looked at to be the rude annoying one? When if the staff just listened and cared from the start they wouldn’t have to be remaking drinks. And just makes it even worse that I’ve such a simple order, no add ons I or anything and still end up getting coffee that taste like a puddle?

   Woman who works there with glasses is very ignorant, when you ask for something she was very sarcastic in how she treated me. Will not be back. The way she spoke to the guy working with her (who seemed new) was very cheeky also
