   I hired them for mould cleaning. They charge a high price and claim this is due to superior service. They failed to arrive twice. Once with short notice and the other with no notice at all. Once they finally did arrive, the results were very poor and rooms were definitely not clean. See the videos for details

   So where to start they over charged me to treat my house by £1340. Wouldn’t refund me the right amount. Shared my personal data with a 3rd party company including emails with my bank account information on. They turned up to complete 9 stage removal of mould didn’t even clean the mould of the windows and walls. Didn’t fog as apparently technician had his van robbed the night before. He then came back to complete more work and said the mould had gone etc. Please see photos of what my house looks like after the technician had attended twice. I have complained to the 2 directors and have had the chairman contact me which I was informed by email he wasn’t NO MOULD EXPERT! Rather wording at its a company you’re running. You should know the product inside out to be honest. The company completely scammed me for money. When speaking with sales consultant Reilly I told him I wasn’t sure how many rooms had mould in. He said he will quote for 9 rooms and readjust once they visit the property. I was made to pay £2,340 before they even attended the property . I was told they would adjust the price accordingly. When I phoned up as only 3 room apparently needed to be treated o was told by the sales manager who was rude and had no customer service skills that they do t refund money. I had to fight with him. He had tp listen to the sales calls and then said he would only refund £300. Which didn’t sounds right to be honest. I had to get somebody independent to mystery shop them to get the correct price for a 3 room mould removal with 9 stages the quote came out at £1,018 inc VAT. I then called asked for the directors email and lady on the phone refused to give their email address apparently they are not allowed to give that information out another lie because I found there full details on the company website. I am still awaiting the rest of my refund….. plus the work that has been carried out a 2nd time is nowhere near up to standard. You will see from photos posted. I explained to them I have a small child who is only 14 months old and it’s dangerous to her health. I had to explain this to them!! They obviously didn’t give a dam!!

   Right from the first point of contact with Zoe, she's been quick, professional and accommodating. She's a huge credit to ICE and I just wish my insurance company had people like her! Not only have ICE cleaning done a great job of the post fire clean up, but they're also considerably better value than the other companies I contacted. I'd highly recommend them.

   I contacted ICE Cleaning Solutions to get rid of a cigarette smell at my recently bought house. The team arrived on time, they were always very friendly, polite, and professional, and they also did an outstanding job! When I returned to the property after the work was done, I was very impressed with the difference. There was no smell at all, looked like I was in another house! I'm very happy with the end results and would recommend ICE Cleaning Services, specially for cigarette odour treatment.

   DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE/COMPANY !!! Paid just under £3000 for nothing. The cleaners were unbelievably lazy, and largely nowhere to be seen. We had to manage cleaning up ourselves and sending our runners to do a lot of the work, which was not good as the entire point of hiring this company was to ensure this was handled separately from our team, who were already working extremely hard on other tasks. To make matters worse, your team left without informing our event producers in order to update them or to check if the job was complete. There was endless rubbish left outside the exit which they would have seen as they left. As well as all the key areas in the venue !!! Our team had to stay late in order to clean up (on top of dealing with other matters and also doing a derig of the entire event at the end) even though we paid for waste management services from you. Please see the state of how they left our event.

   We called Ice Cleaning Solutions to remove graffiti from an external wall, along with a brick clean. From start to finish we received a prompt and professional service. The area of graffiti was hard to shift, they returned with an alternative method a week later with no additional costs. Communication and customer service is 5* We wouldn't hesitate to use again and recommend to future clients.

   Atrocious! I can't express my disappointment, frustration and upset with this company. We had a fire in a bedroom and had soot damage, most cleaned by ourselves. We paid to have the walls, ceiling and paintwork professionally cleaned. 2 men (no ID or Qualifications shown) came not properly equipped and no overall or over shoes. They spent only 2 hours (rush job) cleaning. We couldn't inspect the room for hours because they had sprayed the room. The whole room not cleaned properly, didn't remove cupboards from wall and floor was still dirty plus my hall carpet was dirtied worse than the firemen had done after I cleaned it myself. An utter disgrace saying they are a professional company. No refunds given, impolite emails and an offer to return to re clean what should have been cleaned properly in the first place. Needless to say I didn't take it. I will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone.
