   Superb service order mainframe for wife's Vauxhall Adam despatched that day unfortunately total incompetence f from parcel force meant no delivery and lots of excuses contacted again and they sent replacement which arrived today and has been fitted. Superb service but suggest find another carrier for deliveries especially if going through Birmingham depot who have now said original is now held in depot as damaged. Would definitely recommend I M Axles to anyone in the future

   Great service when ordering.... but advising of a problem......15mm difference in ride hight over the near side/ offside....they basically didn't want to know and essentially refused to believe that the fault could be the axle. Especially as 'Ian' had set it up. The direcections given to measure in the way specified... (distance between shock abdorber mounting bolt holes) were an absolute nonsense as when my garage actually corrected it by removing, adjusting and re-installing the torsion bar the distance was the same after correction as before. This company clearly does not pre load the axle in the setup procedure and so it should be noted that you will likely have to have it adjusted after install.... at your cost. The quality of the reconditioned axle seems very good... but the the set up procedure appears pretty poor... as is the after sales service.

   Great service, prompt delivery and easy to deal with. I fitted an IM axle 12 months ago and it did have a vibration - it was a lot better than my old one but not quite right, unfortunately I was unable to rectify or work on the vehicle for 12 months but when I contacted IMaxles they delivered a replacement unit to me and collected the faulty unit. The new unit is all good so I cannot fault their service.

   Amazing service, the axel I purchased for a swift sport unfortunately needed to be replaced 20months after fitting, imaxels sent another straight out and was with me less than 24hrs later. The only parts company I’ve ever dealt with that honours a warranty without making it as hard as possible to claim. glad to have my car back on the road and not making a massive clunk noise when going over pot holes

   Excellent item - fitted perfectly. Packaging needs improving as in transit the welded tabs to carry the pipe and cable clips were damaged. One broken off - one bent. It was easy to drill out and retap for a threaded rod rather than wait for a return.
