They had a great little art night on for late night art bangor with some really nice stalls. Then some great live music on after which we sat and listened to. Had a great evening. Lots of board games available and a good choice of beer.
Absolutely amazing bar. Staff are down to earth, entertainment is great selection of drinks are both varied and affordable, and the atmosphere is 10/10. I highly recommend for anyone to have a night out at the hop house.
Nice bar with a good selection of beers and cider. It was early and quiet when we went in so we were able to have a nice chat with the owner who was very friendly. Would love to go back for some live music.
Great wee bar, attracts a good mix of people with a cool, atmospheric beer garden. Perfect for a quiet catch up or a hangout with a few friends.
Lovely pub which pours a great pint of Guinness The best part is the staff. Very nice and friendly. It is also dog friendly up to like 9pm. Before then. On the weekend it does get nosier for the dog though.

Absolutely awful, one of the workers had the audacity to kick me out for apparently bringing in my own alcohol, then he was also selling alcohol to under 18s without ID, to finish off the person who served me was also the one who kicked me out for no reason, i tried to tell him but he concluded with i seen you drink the alcohol, even though i didn’t. Honestly the reviews may differ but the expierence had wasn’t particularly pleasing. That worker should be sacked for good. I can’t believe something like that would happen, i also rang their number to file a complaint it was then later procedded with the same person who gave me verbal abuse over the phone. Absolutely disappointed in this service.
I was in Bangor visiting friends and we decided to come here. Had an amazing night and some quality drinks. Would highly recommend checking in his place out nd will visit again next time I'm in NI.
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Great burgers with your choice of toppings and these are all free. Plus you have to try the dirty fries. A place we'll definitely return.
I have been staying away from the restaurant for a long time as the food was not very good . I went back for a meal last week .the food is fantastic... I would highly recommend it... you will see me in the restaurant most Thursdays for steak night... amazing food ...
