   Brought a caravan which needed new tyres. These guys were great price and answered all questions and queries I had. The owner used to own the same model and took the time to have a proper talk and show us bits and give advice on it as a whole. Felt very valued and will be using them more often

   After taking my car to betta-fit to deal with an issue with the clutch, I have been incredibly disappointed with the level of knowledge and customer service. I paid £800 to change the slave cylinder however a few weeks later the issue returned and I was told it would be another £500 to change the master cylinder. Their only explanation for this was "If they told every customer that there was a chance the issue wouldn't be fixed, they would never have any business." The way i was spoken to was incredibly patronising, being told ‘cars are expensive darling’ is rude and unhelpful. Obviously i didn't return to betta-fit to get the master cylinder changed, I have since had the issues fixed for £136 elsewhere, slightly different to the £500 they quoted.

   I had my car towed down to Betta Fit on a Sunday afternoon with clutch problems. I rang them when they opened first thing on the Monday morning and within half an hour the chap had diagnosed the problem and given me a price. They did the work for me and my car was ready on Wednesday lunchtime. I cannot fault the service they gave me. Very pleasant and professional people.
