I took my car for a service and MOT to KAM services in Colwick, Craig. Chris and team were very helpful, and did an excellent job nothing was too much trouble, and their prices are very reasonable. I also feel it important to add as a woman I feel safe and listened to here I can not recommend these highly enough
Booked in for a service as engine light came on. Very efficient in doing the service but also very quick to tell me that my car needed additional work including rear brake discs & pads as they were both below the legal limit. The car passed its MOT less than 6 months ago with zero advisories. I found it strange that my brake discs & pads had deteriorated so significantly since passing its MOT especially having only done 4,000 miles. I have since taken the car to be checked elsewhere & no issues have been found with my brakes! It is no wonder people have issues with trusting garages to tell them the truth & give them honest quotes.
Popped in on the off chance they could re-gas my partners cars air con. No problem, bring it in now. Re-gas done in a few minutes but unfortunately it was more than that so had to book it in for further works. Only 4 days away for the next booking and it was sorted in a couple if hours with a new air con pump fitted. The chaps have been very helpful, polite and very efficient right from the beginning. Car fixed quickly and very professional. Certainly use you guys again and fully recommend.
Took my car in for a service. Got a date and time for the next day. Everything was good and they advised me before doing any work. Only fault I can find is a few days after having it done I found they had not put the oil cap back on when changing the oil. Luckily I found it but could have been missed for a while, So on that note I’m giving a 3 Otherwise it would have been a 4 Will definitely use them again
Excellent service, needed an MOT ASAP on my Luton work van after realising it ran out, rang them at 2.30, they fit me in at 4.30 and out and motd for 5.30....top lads!!
NEVER GO HERE. CHARGE YOU FOR A SERVICE AND DO NO WORK WHATSOEVER. I was charged £154 for a full service and fuel filter change, took my vehicle to another garage upon collecting it, as Kams suggested I needed extra work doing, and was informed no work had been carried out. On further inspection, no bolts had even been removed to change the air filter, no oil was anywhere in sight to suggest changing of oil filter and the fuel filter was old and battered. There excuse was that the technician was Ill and they sent him home. Why ring, tell me to collect my car and stamp the service book then. Major fraudsters, imagine how many times they do this to unsuspecting customers. Don't believe the good reviews, has anyone actually checked works been done after having a "service" carried out. SHOULD BE NO STARS
Booked in for my MOT and service as had bad experience with previous garage and the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, would definitely recommend and I will not be going anywhere else but KAM's in the future
Had a MOT, full service, two new brake pads and a puncture repair. All done quickly, professionally and for a very reasonable price. The person on reception was friendly and I can't fault the service. Will use again!
Urgently needed a replacement water pump for my Skoda as I was going on holiday in 3 days. I spoke to the local Skoda dealers who told me it would be around £450 and they could get it done in 4 weeks time. I contacted KAM and they did it the same day for just £180. Craig on the reception desk was helpful and knowledgeable and the car was left clean and tidy. Definitely worth 5 stars. Thanks for sorting this problem for me
