I genuinely cannot recommend Vicuna enough. Getting your wedding dress cleaned is a really big thing for a bride. There's always that anxiety of oh god what if it gets ruined. I can honestly say the customer service I received was exceptional. From being able to reassure me I was in safe hands, to always being on hand to answer all my questions with so much patience and understanding, to the actual quality of the dry cleaning and then the fact that even though I wasn't in their remit they still came to pick up and redeliver mine and my sister's dresses, in a beautiful box because I'd been a past customer. Vicuna I can't thank you enough for making the whole process a wonderful experience! X
Great dry cleaners. They cleaned my white puffer coat that had a month old lipstick stain on it, I was so gutted thinking I ruined my barely worn coat but they were great. The process is also super easy, you just drop it off and pay at pick up. Sev is lovely and super friendly. 10/10 dry cleaners

Best quality dry cleaners in the area with great customer service and textile advice. Eco friendly solvent no dodgy chemical smells like other cleaners in the area, my clothes come out cleaner and feel retextured colours come out bright and vibrant and like new condition. My suits are always given back on proper wide shoulder suit hangers no bent cardboard stuff over the hanger. My work shirts are amazing and faultless. Also no plastic bags over the clothes instead they opt for a premium reusable eco friendly garment covers. My Moncler and Canada goose winter coats cleaned, reproofed and water replenishing re applied. Professional laundry service offered including advanced service wash and a 5star hotel quality bedding and duvet service.

Extremely professional, experts of the dry cleaning industry. Family run business. I take everything here from my polo shirts and jeans to my duvets and curtains and have never been disappointed with the service which I think is extremely good value for money. Staff friendly, attentive, professional and polite. Parking fairly easy.
