   Not local to Beeston, I travelled from Sheffield to kick the tyres on a Peugeot Partner van that my daughter was interested in. The staff are genuine, really nice and friendly people, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I trust my instincts and knew within 5 minutes of meeting Dean that he is honest and totally trustworthy. Took the van for a test drive and bought it there and then on the spot, securing a more than fair deal. The van was ready on time, well valeted, and my daughter was delighted with it! Soon after returning to Sheffield there was a minor issue that needed attention. Beeston Car Centre immediately found the problem and fixed it whilst I waited. World class service and after sales support mean that we'll be checking back in with this company when we need a new vehicle. Absolutely spot on! Thanks guys!

   Alternator broke on my VW Fox and I turned to Beeston Car Centre as they were local. The boys at the garage picked up my car from my home and took it to the garage themselves, repaired the car, THE SAME DAY! Excellent service from the owner and mechanic. You can ask them anything.

   Recently bought a vehicle from them on behalf of a friend of mine, ready for when they arrived in the UK. Slightly complicated situation but they were really accommodating, they did everything when they said they'd do it and we're happy for me to test drive the vehicle for as long as I wanted etc (no super short drive).    Just how car sales should be! Can't praise them enough after buying a used Volvo from them in November. Friendly sales woman (sorry forgot your name) made it a pleasant experience. Before we collected the car it was MOT'd, serviced with timing belt and they repaired a faulty rear door lock that we weren't aware. Would definitely recommend, quality traders like this trade on reputation and these are a shining example of that. Thank you for restoring our faith in the used car market. Paul and Phil's family

   Decent garage, but they need to work on their communication and customer service a bit. The good: - Took my car here for the last two MOT/services. The prices seem reasonable and they are always nice enough when I take my car in. - The staff seem pretty honest and I don't get the feeling I'm being ripped off or taken for a ride. The bad: - I had to confirm *three* times which service I wanted (when sending a booking request online, when confirming my booking over the phone, and when the garage phoned me after drop-off because it hadn't been specified on the paperwork). - The garage gave me NO notice of my car being finished and ready to collect. I chased them at 16:55 having heard nothing (and not realising they closed at 17:00) to be told that the car had just this minute been finished and was ready to collect. I told them that I live a 25 minute walk away and obviously cannot get to the garage in

   Taken my car here twice now for repairs and they are always honest and helpful. Came in with a leak yesterday despite them being very busy and they have sorted it for me! I need my car for work so i am very grateful that they could fit me in and help me so quickly, they are also very fair with their repair prices compared with other garages. Will continue to use for their amazing down to earth service! Would rate them 10* if i could!
