Went on the Auto locksmith course 2nd December with Ravi, got to say what a great course he explained everything so someone like me thats never done cars could understand, answered all questions same and the demos he given were great. 100% recommend this to anyone thinking of doing auto locksmith. Will be booking other courses in 2026.

Terrible customer service. Told by them they would match a quote I'd been given for key programming equipment. Told them I required everything except some modules. They told me item would be delivered the following week. Took over 2 weeks to arrive and haven't said everything. Done nothing to rectify and couldn't care less about putting it right. If you're buying anything of value, take your chances buying overseas and save yourself A LOT of money

Absolutely brilliant company to deal with, aftermarket key programming is totally new to us so it’s all a learning process at the moment, one thing we are always looking for when purchasing new equipment and sourcing a supplier for the product is the back up support, not cost, hands down the guys at Autowave have completely exceeded our expectations, from ordering to delivery is so easy and quick, any technical queries are answered in a timely manner, I highly recommend Autowave and look forward to doing many many years of business with them. Great after sales service, bought a car in March before lockdown off a wonderful Sales person Tara. Due to Covid had to wait to collect, after driving away noticed it had a faulty part & Autowave rectified at no additional cost. Brilliant company & staff, would definitely recommend!
Personally love the company I use them for the wide variety of xhorse products and pretty much key blanks. They have always been helpful with my questions and if I ever had a problem they have always resolved it for me and on the odd occasion they have forgot something or missed something but always corrected the problem and sent it to me asap. All in all a pleasure to talk to over the phone and a pleasure to order stock that isn't over priced fair and put free shipping on it. A company that hasn't ever let me down on my stock and has always delivered it with in 24 hours except for covid which may take 48. Very friendly and very honest and do every thing they can to help me, this is by far the best supplier I have used and they will continue to get my business because they do actually show caring and are willing to help.
