Very good service from start to finish . The parts that were needed were not all there so they went to two different ford suppliers to try and get the missing part with no luck. They called me and said the car would not be ready until Monday and that the courtesy car was not available. They then offered to tax another vehicle and insure it so I could have a car for the weekend. Never had a garage offer that level of customer service before. I declined the offer as my husband was off all weekend so we had his car to use . Absolutely amazing people highly recommend.
I recently had my car MOTd here and cannot recommend this garage enough. From start to finish I had a really pleasant experience, the lady who I spoke with on the phone to book it in was so lovely and helpful. Then, on the day when I dropped my car off, I as greeted by both mechanics with smiles and they both assured me they’ll let me know how it goes on. Just a few hours later, the owner contacted me to let me know it hadn’t passed however, tried to reassure me that he will get it sorted that day so I did not have to worry (even though they shut at 1pm on a Saturday and it was 12.30pm). I said that would be amazing! I went to go and pick my car up and the mechanic wanted to physically show me what he had done and what parts he had to change, which I thought was really trusting. The owners sister was so kind and helpful too, to save them rushing they even dropped my car off home for me - an overall outstanding experience and I will definitely be back! Excellent business. Have only recently stopped using main dealers as warranties have run out. This garage is very local, very friendly and most importantly reliable and trustworthy. Have now had a few jobs done: service, MOT, suspension and washer system. All completed on same day of asking. All professionally quoted and priced. Won't miss having to deal with remote, impersonal main dealer.
Brilliant service. My first time using Villa Street for some urgent work on my car. They squeezed me in, gave me a full estimate of the work and got me back on the road that day. Cost was as they estimated (it actually came in less) and they checked my oil and coolant levels, which were low. Definitely going back for any other work I need and definitely recommending. Brilliant garage! Always use Villa Street Motors when I need work completing on my Car. Dave and Jo always go the extra mile (pardon the pun) to ensure that work is completed quickly and to a high standard. Just had a full service completed by them and as part of the service they fitted an air filter I purchased separately for no extra cost. Could not recommend them enough.

Villa Steet Motors has serviced my cars for over ten years and has always done a good job. I have bought cars from them for my kids as I trust Dave to prepare a reliable, good value car. The last two cars were ones that he has serviced since new. I always have confindence that if there was a problem, I should add I haven't had any, Dave would sort it out. I first went to Villa Street after a main agent quoted me £250 for a new handbrake cable. Dave had a look at it on its first service with him and applied a bit of grease, job done.
