Took a chance on a small business and was left with a car in a worse state than I started. The job was a front end respray to sort out some rock chips. It had to go back 3 times with long waits in between. Each time with a new set of glaring issues that would have been easily caught with a simple inspection. Work was obviously rushed and body panels were not handled with care. Basic issues like missing bolts + trim clips, thin / cracked paint, overspray, damage to other panels not in scope of the job and visible paint runs. Steven always graciously accepted the mistakes and was pleasant to deal with throughout but I cannot recommend him given the current state of my car. After the third attempt, I just had to accept the loss. Points to improve: - Full visual inspection to catch quality issues - Take more care during disassembly / reassembly to avoid further damage - Prioritise existing jobs over new ones to avoid long waits if issues are raised
Took my car here just over a year ago, I wasn’t happy with it at the time. Took my car back to him twice to sort it and it’s still a 2/10. I could have done better with a can of paint and lacquer on my driveway. Since then all my lacquer is peeling off around the repair areas, the paint that’s been sprayed is no way near as glossy as the original and the paint is bubbling on my bumper around the reflectors as nothing was keyed in properly. Took my car back to him twice to sort it and it’s still a 2/10.
Absolute awesome cosmetic job on my Celica, transforming a rather tired-looking 17-year-old car into the smartest looking car in West Bridgford. I'd also like to add the fact that Mozza is an extremely friendly and genuine guy, very easy to deal with. I'd recommend Mozzas without reservation, and coming from a fussy XXXX like myself, that is praise indeed!

Excellent service from Mozza and his team! I took my 6 month old Focus in to have a door repaired having had it bent out of shape following an accident. The finish on the repair is exceptional and it's back to factory condition. The price was more than excellent and it was finished in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to recommend this garage and I've already got my girlfriends car booked in for a few months time for other cosmetic repairs. Thanks again Mozza!
Following a recommendation from a friend I took my Porsche Macan to Mozza to repair the bumper after reversing into a post in a car park. I was a bit nervous considering the car is only a couple of months old but didn’t fancy a £1000 or more bill at Porsche. Got the car back within 24 hours and you’d never know it happened, superb job and he even washed and polished it. £200 well spent, keep up the good work!
