   I have dealt with many car garages over time, yet my experience with Kam stood out from the outset. The level of customer service from Gaz was genuinely impressive. I was kept informed throughout the entire process, including clear explanations of time frames, work requirements and the reasons behind each stage. Kam stepped in when the main dealer failed to support me, despite the vehicle being under warranty. They sourced the necessary parts directly from the manufacturer to ensure the warranty remained valid. They also carried out a full service and MOT, and arranged collection of the non running vehicle from my home before returning it once all work was completed. The professionalism, communication and reliability demonstrated by Kam have left a lasting impression. Based on my experience, I see no reason to consider using another garage in the future, as Kam have met every expectation and delivered exceptional service at every step.

   Gary and team. Thank you so much. Saturday, my mobility car had a puncture at 0700 in Long Eaton on the way to Manchester. Having only one leg I was truly stranded. Fortunately I was directly outside of KAM. Gary opened up at 7 am. We approached him and he could not do enough to help us. The puncture was repaired no fuse in minutes and he made coffee. His team were fast and gracious to my needs as a one legged driver and for a very little price, I was amazed. So much we still made our appointment slot in Manchester. My car is so new it did not even register on their computer data base but they came though none the less. Thank you lads

   Great service from sunny and the lads on Friday 17th feb. Gave my car a really good brake and handbrake safety check and replaced my head light. Got the car back the same day and very reasonably priced. They always go above and beyond to help me. Would t go anywhere else. Thanks guys

   Great service and attention to detail from the best garage in long Eaton. Our Range Rover was left at Gatwick airport with a window left down ( their error not ours) and consequently a huge amount of rain water filled into the car. KAM replaced parts where necessary and cleaned / removed all the water. Excellent job guys and thanks for the extra attention this job required.

   I can't thank Kams Long Eaton enough for the work they completed on my Vauxhall Mokka. Daz was my main point of contact and was honest and helpful throughout. He explained all the work which was being done in detail and was up front about the cost of work completed. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he answwred any questions I had.
