DLG took my a6 avant in for a full drivers side repair/respray due to a driver side swiping it, they did amazon amazing job with it and my a6 is now looking awesome, so much better than even pre accident! Highly recommend them to anyone, staff were so good and friendly, literally nothing to complain about :)

Brilliant service. Repair dealt with really quickly and given a great replacement car for the time repair being done. There was no inconvenience to me at all as they dropped off the hire car and took mine and same on return. The repair was exceptional as was everyone I dealt with from the company. They were brilliant! Everyone I dealt with from phone staff to others who delivered and collected my vehicle for repairs were very professional, friendly and so helpful. Particularly Lynne, who provided lots of support and as my insurance company would not provide a hire car, she organised a courtesy car. They kept me upto date with progress and ensured my car was return in time for my holiday. The quality of the repairs was fantastic, you would never know! I would definitely recommend this company!
I accidently bumped the car door on a post so needed the door replacing which they have sorted great! My car arrived back in awful state scratches to the roof paint all over door alloys damaged paint sprayed inside the air vents. Hubby had to spend all weekend sorting out these repairs as I don't want to send it back as I dread what state it will come back in so I'd avoid at all cost( didn't choose to come here insurance did)
Used because approved by car insurance. Communication was good and the results seem excellent. Car only just returned. So far all good.

After a collision, my car was referred to DLG by my insurance company. My crash happened one evening, and DLG contacted me the next day to arrange to collect my car and provide a courtesy car while they were doing the repairs. Everyone involved was polite, friendly and helpful. The repair was done and the car ready to collect in three days, which was quicker than the initial estimate. I'm very grateful for the good work done, thank you! You can't tell there was damage done at all!
