I had my car repaired at this garage following a rear-end collision earlier this year. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. Communication throughout the process was poor, and upon collecting the vehicle, it became apparent that not all the necessary repairs had been completed. When I raised these concerns, the garage was unwilling to address them, leaving me with a vehicle that was not fully restored. To make matters worse, the car subsequently failed its MOT just a week later due to issues in the very area that was supposed to have been repaired. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to seek alternative garages for their repair needs.

Treated my mother in law's car like their own delivery van while they had it, used it for 60 odd miles, returned it with 7 miles in the tank, interior panels missing and even a headlight unit in the boot then absolutely denied it to her. Have refused to recompense her, taking advantage of an elderly woman when they're already making money off the insurance company, whom she's now making an official complaint to. If your insurers send you here, reject it and find someone else.

It has been a few weeks since I have had my car repaired by the Pronto team. Firstly I must thank everyone that worked on the car because they did great job. I would also like to thank the customer service I received from everyone at the office as well. The Job was done in a timely fashion, with professionalism and for that I am grateful. Thanks Lads!

After some bodywoark on front bumper area car failed MOT - headlights not in place properly. various fixings not fitted - I was told it was a short job to resolve - so why was it not done when the car was in for repair? Repair offered - but we nee dhte car and a 30 minute journey each way to get it fixed not really practical. Already been far too long with excuses for delays. Ukrane War, staff shortages blamed! But the items required clearly were to hand as I was told the job could be done immediately when I returned highlighting the problems. So bottom line - no quality control. The photos who the shoddy work passed by quality control.

Really pleased with the guys at Pronto. After some initial delays getting the car in (which was down to insurance company), the work was started just after Christmas car received back today. Cleaned inside and out and a couple of airfreshners thrown in too, the car looks like new. Really good work. Would use again.

Family have been waiting for 14 weeks for the return of their car, communication is contradictory one saying not started, another saying nearly complete. Family need car back for return to work. Neither insurance or prontocare are interested.

Very polite and proficient service. Regular calls to update me in progress of the repairs. Would most certainly recommend Pronto !

** EDIT -** 13/07/2022 Car completed and received! Hurrah! Communication did improve as we neared completion. The job was also an excellent finish I just wish over the period the communication had been better as it made the experience unnecessarily stressful and unpleasant. THE END. My company car has been with Pronto Nottingham for nearly 9 weeks after an allocated repair via Davies Group insurance. From the collection, on the 23rd of February to today 25th of April i have had zero updates apart from one text message 3 weeks after collection to say my car was with the "strip team, and updates will follow as the repair progresses." Since then I have attempted a weekly call for an update. On the occasions I have been able to get through, I've been told they can't give an update due to an unprecedented workload and even being told "it is what it is" when querying the lack of communication and length of time it was taking. Out of desperation, today I've asked my insurers to step in to see if they are able to get me an update. They came back to me to say that additional damage was found to the vehicle, and that part's had been ordered but unfortunately could give no updated time frame. It's fair to say that I have been provided a courtesy car during this time , so I'm able to do my job and experienced no personal hardship. However, I travel a lot for work, and had I known it would have taken this long I would have made prior arrangements. It feels a little unfair to leave a review when the work hasn't yet been carried out, but to see all the other 5 star reviews here praising great service , speed with regular updates is surprising and disappointing, especially when my own experience has been the polar opposite . I'll update the review when and if i ever i get my car back, which according to other reviews will be a superb job! It is what it is!
