Previously had car serviced on service plan by main dealer but too far away and unreliable. Tried Jervis auto and was delighted with honesty and reliability. Great service and efficient at sensible price. Will be back next year for service and MOT.

Both myself and my partner have taken our Cars to Jervis Auto Services, nothing was ever too much trouble, reasonably priced, extremely quick turnaround and always very accommodating for late notice requirements. The Mechanic there has a wealth of knowledge and experience and completed all repairs to a high standard, I’ve always been happy with all the general maintenance performed on my car when taking it to Jervis, and will continue to use Jervis for years to come. Highly recommend!!
As per the last customers review I would never go back here. When booking for two tyre replacement I was quoted a price and make of tyre. After taking it in I was told I was never quoted this and it would be £300 to replace two types. I was then told to pick car up before 5pm and made to wait to half past 5 for the car.
I've been going here for years. Good value for money, great service; the two people who run it are gents and very helpful.
Most unhelpful people. I took my car to these people for a new brake calliper to be fitted. they decided I had to buy another from them for the other side and could not supply it myself, even though It took an extra 72 hours.I could have had the part delivered to them in 3 hours. Nothing but a bunch of comen. I can only strongly advise you to take your car elsewhere. And avoid these clowns.. EDIT.... I was able to get a rear calliper delivered to this company by 1pm. Never did I expect or ask this company to leave my car on a ramp .They didn't!!!; they just pushed it off and left it in the corner of the garage for another 3 days why couldn't these people do that while waiting for the new calliper to be delivered?????.....impossibly difficult to deal with offering to leave my car in pieces if that was what I wished They didn't even bother to wind the new calliper on. How dangerous the car has visited other garages who confirm this!! Make your own minds up... EDIT YOUR COMPANY PHONED ME AT 10 AM FRIDAY MORNING TO SAY MY OTHER REAR CALLIPER WAS SEIZED. SUTTON MOTOR FACTORS OFFERES TO HAVE ONE DELIVERED BY 1PM. YOUR REPLY THATS NOT QUICK ENOUGH !! EVEN THOUGH YOURS DIDNT ARRIVE FOR ANOTHER 3 DAYS. WHO'S FAULT IS THIS ??? YOU REALLY THINK YOUR GARAGE WAS HELPFUL???. . P.S YOU WIND A CALLIPER OFF TO FIT IT THEN BY PUMPING THE BRAKES 5 OR 6 TIMES IT AUTOMATICALLY SETS...
Have had both our cars serviced and MOT'd here for the last couple of years. Richard is really good. He's well organised, does a good job and is honest on his pricing, what he says is needed and what he does. Very happy to recommend.
Excellent service carried out to my Landrover Freelander SD4. The staff at this garage are very approachable. Certainly, I will use Jervis for all my future servicing on the Landrover.
