Great service regarding the 3 tyres we needed replacing due to damage. Appointment and deal was booked online after a call to the centre (as this was cheaper). Greeted and checked in promptly and all required paperwork completed efficiently. I would use again.

Booked in to get an AC recharge done. Unfortunately the compressor would not cut in. I did wonder if it was a fuse issue and asked if I could take a look before the appointment was aborted. The guys there happily agreed and re pressure tested after a fuse change. Whilst this did not fix the fault I really appreciated them taking the time to assist in this manner. For that, ATS Ilkeston gets a five star from me!
I got a Great service at this depot Ordered booked and paid online for some all terrain tyres Fitted Fast with new valves and balanced the lad even fitted my new locking wheel nuts There's also a burger van in the retail park opposite to get a cuppa while you wait
Guess my experience was a combination of a positive and negative one!! I arrived at my prearranged appointment time.....and the place wasn't open yet!! Once open I was then left hanging around in reception for several minutes (even though they were already late for the agreed time). Not a great start!!!! On a positive note however, once they'd engaged with me, they're customer service was great. They kept me updated on investigations and resulting actions / costs. They also had free coffee whilst I waited which is never a bad thing!!! If I'm honest, overall I was there significantly longer than I expected (but that may be down to me being unrealistic about how long it takes to sort a replacement tyre). One word of advise though, don't just turn up and expect to be sorted!! I've been here on several occasions in the last year and they've never been able to look at my car there and then (even if only a few cars being looked at). I'd therefore recommend to ring in advance and try and book a slot. Overall, great customer service, but waiting times and availability to fix issues were disappointing.
They went above and beyond what I would expect them to do. They could of quite easily just fitted new parts at my expense but instead they rectified a part that was causing an issue. Very happy with every aspect of the service I received. Would definitely use again and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys. Top job.
