⭐ 5/5 – Exceptional Experience! We hosted a family party at The Doyen, and everything was absolutely fantastic. Andrew, the manager, was incredibly helpful from our very first contact through to the event itself. The room was beautiful and spotless, the toilets were immaculate, and the food was simply outstanding. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our night special. Highly recommend booking here for your next event — you won’t be disappointed!

The food was excellent. Unfortunately are three women who were treated very rudely by the manager. She told us to they needed the table although the bar was half empty. We had been there several hours and had purchased a few bottles of wine. Sh approached the table and pointed to her watch saying that she hat told us she needed the table any to move!! She did this very rudely as if she was speaking to children!! Obviously we left immediately and will definitely NOT be back!!!

Lovely food, the main course was the star of the show and the chips were phenomenal, would go again

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was very tasty. It was the Easter special dinner menu. They were able to cater to gluten and mild dairy intolerances.

10 of us went yesterday for dinner. All of us loved the food. However the waitress went out of her way to be rude at every point, making snide comments. Making a lot of us feel uncomfortable.

Lovely food, friendly staff, a cosy interior... What more could you want? A few times a year, I meet up with two childhood friends, and we do spend quite a while over our meal. Staff at The Doyen didn't seem to mind this at all! Top marks for their welcoming attitude. We ordered the salted chilli squid starter (loved the Asian slaw!), the chicken skewer starter, the fishcakes starter, and for our mains, the nduja mac 'n' cheese. It was all beautifully cooked and delicious!

Nice ambience and very cool bar. Food was good and the service was very friendly. Started with so tasty mushroom soup. Had 28 days steak, which was very lovely and had good portion. The chunky chips was very crispy and tasty. Booking was avaliable, so no queues. Used eat out scheme, which was value for money. Ambient car park and had outside seating for drinks.
