Discovered Wollaton auto centre, after using a main dealer for many years, who charged obviously high prices. They do an excellent job at a reasonable price. A garage you can trust.
Had repairs before at the garage, good work done at a reasonable price and I will use them again
Top guys and the lady who I think is the meet and greet is blessed! Got my tyre puncture fixed no charge: new tyre ordered so back tomorrow for fitting...its another 10 score!
Brilliant service. Took my car with engine warning light after being diagnosed by a main dealer with Cat fault. The offered to use code reader to find out what was wrong and turned out wasn't the Cat - team cleared the code free of charge and advised didn't in fact need work doing saving me a small fortune. Took car back for a service and great price and service. Can't rate highly enough.
My experience here was disgraceful. I took my car in for an MOT & an oil change. I didn't hear from the garage all day until late afternoon when they said "its ready" I didn't even know if it had passed the MOT. They then chose to tell me they had done a major service with all the extras without even informing me/asking for my consent. Poor communication & carried works out without my consent. I have never had such a bad experience at a garage. They had put my service book back into my glove box and damaged personal belongings. No respect what so ever.
Reliable, trustworthy and competitive price. Had my car's MOT and service here for the past several years. However, I feel the service quality comes down a little bit recently, but still a good garage overall.
