   I’m leaving this initial review based on my experience with Gemini so far. My car has not yet been repaired, so I can’t comment on the quality of the work at this stage. I will leave a separate review with my full experience once the repair is completed. By unfortunate coincidence, I had two incidents within two weeks, both affecting the same area of my car (driver-side rear wing and bumper). Gemini was the recommended repair centre (RRC) for my insurance company, so both claims were forwarded to them. So far, communication with Gemini has been smooth and straightforward. To make the process easier for me, they recommended completing all repairs at once, even though the incidents were separate claims, and they made arrangements for their Nottingham centre to contact me as soon as possible. After the second incident, my car was no longer roadworthy and needed to be collected earlier than originally scheduled. Their support in coordinating everything has been incredibly helpful so far during this stressful period. Thank you, Gemini, for your support so far. I hope the repair process goes smoothly, and I’ll share another review once everything is complete.

   Bad experience. GEMINI is one of those companies with a cosy relationship with certain insurers. That said, it doesn't mean things will go smoothly. My insurer asked me to go and get quote for repairs and ended up calling them 4 or 5 times asking where the quote is. They kept fobbing me off saying they are on it. Lies! Message to Gemini - if you have no interest in doing a quote whatever your reasons, fine, then have the basic common courtesy of telling your customers so they don't have to waste days/weeks keeping insurers waiting! Went just down the road to ALTON'S and got a quote same day via email. Will be letting the insurer know about GEMINI's attitude who may wish to review their relations with them.

   Excellent service from start to finish, car picked up by Gary on Wednesday this week, he was brilliant, very polite, professional and helpful.    I had a fantastic experience with Gemini accident and repair centre . Never had to claim through my motor insurance before so it was all new to me . From start to finish they provided me with a first class service , they kept me upto date and I got my car back within 4 days looking brand new , smelling clean and looking nice & shiny , I couldn’t have asked for anymore . They have done a fantastic job fixing my car , I’m really happy with it and without a doubt would recommend this company . Thank you for making what was a worrying time for me easy and stress free .

   I never normally leave reviews for businesses but in this occasion I felt it was a must. The service I received from Gemini was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Dan my advisor from the first phone conversation to the finish of my accident repair kept me updated exactly when he said he would and completely informed. The repairs are absolutely perfect and we’re completed in an unbelievably speedy fashion. My car is like brand new again..    They said they were going to drop a Courtesy Car at the same time they come to pick my car up for repair Friday between the hours of 1 and 5. Confirmed with them on what they stated before finishing of the conversation. Driver came today to pick the car up. However, didn't bring the courtesy car. When asked about it they acted like they didn't know anything about it. Driver had an attitude while speaking with me over the phone and had stated to his manger that I was being abusive calling him names when he mumbled and swore at me over the phone when I said I don't feel comfortable giving you my car when your company aren't delivering their promise to me. In simple terms don't trust these guys, they state one thing and do another. On top of that lie about the conversation I had with the driver over the phone. You say conversation is recorded for quality and training purposes. Email me the proof and I'll retract my claim. If you're reading this still, I've not received an E-mail from them. Driver needs to take responsibility of his action. Appalling, unethical and irresponsible.
