Jay was available at short notice to clean our carpets in south east London and did a great job. He arrived on time having kept us up to date and the carpets came up as good as new, all for a fair price. He also gave some good advice on alternative options for our sofa, which is probably beyond help, rather than choosing to clean it and charge for it. This is the second time we've used Jay and will definitely do so again
Jay came to our commercial premises after we suffered a HUGE water leak - he was here within an hour and cleaned up 90 per cent of the water before it done any more damage! It wasnt a service that Jay advertises but he will always be our first call for and kind of cleaning emergency we have ! I had Jays details as previously he managed to totally remove a large stain from our new stair carpet caused by one of our doggies - I thought it would need a new carpet!

I spilled foundation on my grey carpets and contacted Jay’s. Jay and his colleague were very responsive to my request and provided a reasonably priced quote and literally cleaned my carpet so well that they looked like the day they were fitted.
