   Had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I purchased a brake kit and brake shoes from them, and they assured me the parts would arrive by Tuesday. Before leaving my home in Bangor (15 miles away), I called to confirm, and the staff member clearly said, “Yes, we have them here.” Based on that, I informed my mechanic and made arrangements to collect the parts. However, when I arrived at the shop, I was told they only had one part and the other hadn’t arrived. When I asked why they said everything had arrived, instead of apologising for the inconvenience or taking responsibility, the staff member became defensive and rude, saying, “One part had to come from Dublin but it didn’t come.” Not only did this waste my time and a scheduled appointment with my mechanic, but the attitude I received was completely unprofessional. No apology, no ownership — just excuses and rudeness. I won’t be returning. Unreliable service, poor communication, and unacceptable customer treatment. Avoid if you value your time and professionalism.

   I've used the one in Dunmurry , can't fault them. They know their stuff. Promised a same day ready for collection at fair price and that's what I got. Will definitely use them again. They were quicker at getting the stuff I needed. Quicker than their competitors .
