He was friendly, genuinely interested in chatting to us and you could see he was working really hard to help as many people as possible on a busy Saturday! He was the sort of person that reminds you, there is still good in the world!

   Bought a dash cam for our new car, paid £80 for the privilege of having it fitted only to be met with less than helpful or friendly service. It was as if we had inconvenienced them by purchasing the camera at their store then had the audacity to pay the £80 for them to fit same. Won’t be back, if you do not like assisting people you should consider leaving the retail industry.

   Highly Recommend Halfords Connswater! I had a great experience at the Halfords store in Connswater! The shop is excellent and very well-stocked, but what truly makes this store stand out is the team. The staff are incredibly helpful and genuinely go above and beyond for their customers. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I received brilliant service and they made sure I got exactly what I needed. A top-notch store with top-notch service!

   Really impressed with the service I received at Halfords, Connswater. I wanted a new bulb for a headlight in my car. Marcus very quickly sourced the bulb, fitted and then topped my screen wash up. Very reasonable price too. Will definitely be back and recommend to family and friend.

   Today (23rd Dec 22') I received the best service ever. Having been previously misinformed by a different member of staff a few weeks ago, which confused everyone, myself included, and an issue of a sensitive nature. The order was actually a complete mess. Through no fault of my own. The manager on duty today along with 2 lovely members of staff were just wonderful. They rectified the situation professionally and fairly. I can't thank you all enough. The situation was quite stressful for me given the circumstances and even though I was quite vague with the details they showed care and compassion. I really do appreciate everything you did for me. Thank you. Please keep up the great service. Maybe give a wee refresh on company rules to the odd staff member though, as clearly they are struggling to remember what they are. Again, thank you. HAPPY XMAS.

I’ve been coming to this store for a number of years and it is consistently some of the best customer service I’ve encountered.
