Donal pulled us out of a hole on Saturday by repairing a puncture. No other tyre shops were open, Kwik Fit Bangor couldn’t help and Kwik Fit in Newtownards didn’t answer the phone. His customer service was second to none and I cannot thank him enough. We managed to get on the road for a very special occasion and that wouldn’t have happened without Donal.

I visited this morning to enquire about a faulty windscreen wiper. Was taken right away by Donal who fixed it in 5 mins and didn't charge me a penny. What a great service. Many thanks to Donal for making my day.
Pretty useless and was even asked how I knew what my warning light meant. Despite advertising diagnostics apparently their system was away for repair! Certainly would not be back and found someone else who like myself realised it was a sensor, has it ordered and will be fitted this afternoon. Unless you want basic tyre fitting go somewhere else more professional.
Had some emergency car trouble and they got me in straight away. Car was sorted within a few hours and at a reasonable price aswell. Really friendly and helpful staff. I live quite far away from Belfast and travel there for work, so felt very reassured that my car was in good hands. Would highly recommend.
They took me earlier than my appointment. I availed of a free exhaust service, but have used their help with my car before. Civil folk in the centre, able to sort out car needs.
Visited kwik fit on the upper newtownards road. I needed four new tyres. They only had two in stock. I told Tom the car was due MOT today. Tom sent a colleague to another store to pick the other two tyres up. The lads could not help enough.. thanks to all at kwik fit upper newtownards road. top top customer service... yorkgate could learn from these boys..

I changed my four tires, great service that time. Today I had an issue with one of my tires and I went without an appointment and they helped me at the moment. The guys are always willing to help and they do it fast. I will totally recommend it.
