Great experience with Alvin and team. An excellent price for parts+labour on my Fiesta (nearly got totally ripped off by another place). A part broke during servicing and I wasn't charged excessively for it either. Excellent communication. Location is safe to leave car overnight if needs be. Quick service. Highly recommend. Got it through MOT for another year. Thanks guys!
Cannot recommend these guys enough. Absolutely brilliant. Lovely staff, very knowledgeable, very down to earth, very reasonably priced. I called in with a minor emergency, Alvin had me booked in in no time and my car's running better now than it has in years. No upselling, no sucking of teeth or chin stroking, just good honest getting things fixed. I could not ask for more I won't be going anywhere else for anything car related now, these guys are the best auto mechanic I've been to in East Belfast bar none

Brilliant auto shop for all jobs big or small. Alvin is always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I've had MOT services, break pads replaced and a new drivers door window fitted over last couple of years.

Excellent service ,my hyundai i30 had a new clutch from a different place but after new clutch the gear shifting became hard ,I have approached and complained it ,they replied me the clutch is fine and they did nothing.I understood I need a good mechanic and I searched google found Nelson auto specialist. Next day I drove to Nelson Auto without appointment ,shared my problems with him ,such a nice person even without appointment checked my car and diagnosed the problem very quickly ,and fixed it in a couple of hours . Amazing place ,he is a Doctor of cars I thank him million times, highly recommended.
