   Been with J9 since 2016, been a great experience. Even when I fell behind in rent by a miscommunication in my responsibilities of topping up my rent, they gave me time to get it sorted out with no problems. Rooms are very nice and located in central area, with nice quiet neighbours. Would recommend for anyone.

   What I've experienced with j9 is out of this world!! - raised a complaint in march about my roof leaking and it took them till beginning of October to actually make a move on trying to get it fixed! Yet it is still not done . If anything it has gotten worse!!! Half of my things have been completely damaged Not only that I've had rude, sarcastic text messages from management! Not giving a care in the world! They offered me a room move which I refused to a completely smaller place which half of my things won't even fit in No care for their tenants at all just money they want!
