My husband and I recently moved into a new rental through Rent Me Now. I enquired about the property less than a week ago, was offered a viewing on the same day and was through the application process 2 days later. The whole process was extremely efficient, supportive and a level of responsive communication that I have not experienced before. Aki showed us the property and was knowledgeable and polite. All the staff in the office are really friendly, but a special mention goes to Emma. Emma was available to answer any questions and was extremely supportive and kind with the whole process. We have now been moved in for just under a week and are thrilled with the house.

my friend got section 21'd for complaining about a long-term resident playing music loud at 4am. and a catalogue of other issues going back 6 months.
but best of all, they cited 'negative reviews'. well, he only gave 1, but now they have another LOL
He has a decent job now and can afford to move out. pity, so many vulnerable people trapped in these 1970's slums.
this was last week. today, he said they got the builders in. banging, angle grinding, on a saturday morning.
basically, get the police to knock your door in, it's not a problem. complain about the quality of life and insult the landlord, evicted.
rentmenow, enjoy your section 21's while they last ... they are outlawed now.

I would not even give a single star to Aki/Rent Me Now, but unfortunately there is no such option. Please avoid this fraudulent person.
Aki approached me at the very beginning of tenancy to write a favourable Google review, which I did at that time. Now I feel that that review is very misleading.
The flat that he rented us - Flat 1, Beechurst Flats in Albrighton, was not well maintained by the landlord. It was very damp throughout, broken guttering, plaster falling off, and the small kids bedroom was liable to flooding and mould, so we could never use it. Neither the agent, nor the landlord ever adequately responded to our requests to fix the multiple leakages or mould problem in the flat. Aki on that note completely ignored us and seemed to disappear.
Now at the end of tenancy Aki suddenly re-materialised to claim my deposit - using make-up figures for cleaning and redecoration to make full use of my deposit. Upon request for evidence of the damage to substantiate his claim, he made up an unsigned quote for different amounts and sent a general invoice to purchase different types of paint, both made well after his claim for my deposit. He also sent through an invoice for upgrading window panels, which has to do with landlord's decorators who painted the windows shut from the outside and it was not possible to open the windows ever since.
To note, when I did the handover of the flat to the landlord (Chris), he was satisfied that the flat was in the same condition as when we moved in, and hence the deposit will be returned to me. But Aki had a different idea. He thought that a single mother from Ukraine would be an easy prey to fraudulently take the deposit. Hs is a proper disgusting bully, as many other reviewers suggested.
