Absolute disgrace to the Lettings industry To call them a bunch of cowboys would be too nice. Emerald Lettings think it's ok to let someone move into a property with mould, heating issues, windows not closing and with gaps. Then have the audacity and ignorance to deny it all. Not even bothering to come and have a look at the issues. Emerald lettings are nothing short of Modern day Slum lords, who have no care about humans thinking someone would live in a place that is uninhabitable. I would not let animals live in their property. No surprise that so many people moved out. Disgraceful people, who have a very unprofessional attitude, only bothered about money.
