Excellent service , lots of different properties to view which is critical if you have options to fulfill. You can call company direct if needed and speak to helpful staff . Fantastic value for money on my chosen properties very happy and will continue to use and recommend
We stayed at Ty Ni and had a great time. Lovely views and plenty of areas to relax in. The accommodation has been really well thought out and the kitchen is very well equipped. Walks up the hill are very rewarding and beaches are only 5-10 mins walk away. Thanks also to Alan for his help.
I booked a cottage through ‘independent holidays’ on air bnb but it turned out to be with aberdovey breaks (advertised on the door of the property). Unfortunately despite sleeping 16 - Rossa is completely unsuitable for large parties (we were 11) as it has 14 beds, 13 dining room chairs and 7 seats in the living room - which makes gathering rather difficult. When we arrived the property was covered in sand, floors not clean, sofas dirty, and beds unchanged, food in the fridge, black gunge in showers and mouldy curtains. I duly contacted the cleaning company as I was directed to do in booking info - who assured me it was clean but came to clean once more at my insistence. We had to clean the kitchen and wash the kitchenware ourselves. After this clean we went to bed - only to find a poo stain and sand in one. I involved air bnb at this point as had already requested an additional clean. Additional clean organised and they finally brought soap and toilet roll..cleaners agreed it was not to standard. Mouldy curtains remained. We then found the high chair was unusable, strobe light effect in cupboard as not working, mouldy grapes down the bunk beds and then we stripped the bed on check out to find a fruit pastill in one bed!! After 2 additional cleans!! I requested a refund of under half the cost - given £100 as a ‘goodwill gesture’ along with other a complaint we didn’t contact the company directly. Well no we didn’t because we contacted the cleaning company at your request!! Also a complaint the booking had children who weren’t mentioned - the infant was always on the original booking as I have a screenshot and at over 15 I’m sure children count as adults. And I also don’t think that impacts your cleanliness or customer service, absolutely shocking and I will tell everyone to avoid.

Aberdovey Breaks set up a great holiday for us accommodating 7 adults and 3 small grandchildren in a beautiful house with fantastic views across the beach and estuary. For September the weather was great and we had two great days on the beach. With breaks like this who needs airports, aeroplane's and all the paraphernalia that goes with it. Aberdovey is a lovely setting with lots to find and do. Highly recommended and we will be doing this again, and again.
Had a fantastic holiday through Aberdovey Breaks. We are a family of three and stayed in lovely accommodation close to the sea, Aberdovey Breaks were excellent from start to finish and I look forward to booking our next holiday to Wales with them.
Used Aberdovey breaks for a seaside getaway with my family. Such an easy check in and great service, nothing was too much to ask for from the team! The accommodation was amazing and very clean, just like the pictures show. Would definitely recommend and we will be coming back!
