Their team is available for support, providing you anything that you would require for your home and always making sure that everything works properly. It took me a while to find a house in Birmingham. But when I spoke with Dan on the phone, I instantly had the feeling that my problem was solved. When I went to see the house, which was being refurbished at the time, I booked the room straight away! I am so glad to have lived in this house, and there's no doubt that I will contact them again to live in one of their houses, as soon as I move back to Birmingham.”

“Beware there are 2 Hertz offices shown by Google in Telford and I went to the wrong one initially. I think Hertz should have Google correct this. However, once there, the staff were very friendly and helpful and called a taxi for me to get to the train station. The taxi arrived in 5 minutes and its a 15 minute journey at most, to Telford Central at about £6 fare.”
