   I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the property named “Kingfisher,” situated in the heart of the quiet Kingsbury Village. I stayed here for five months as a long term guest while working nearby and have since relocated to the area. All I can say is that I had a fantastic experience. The property is extremely clean, with fresh, high quality towels and bedding provided throughout my stay. The house is spacious, and although I stayed alone on this occasion, it is perfectly suited for up to four guests. The living area is comfortable, and the TV includes all the major streaming services, along with fast, reliable free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is very well equipped, featuring an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and a dishwasher, which made long term living very easy and convenient. Outside, there is a small but well-maintained garden, as well as a driveway with space for at least two cars. The hosts truly deserve a special mention they are amazing, incredibly helpful, and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. A Co-op store is located just outside the property, which is extremely convenient, especially for late night snacks or quick essentials. The location is ideal if you want to be close to Kingsbury Water Park, which is delightful for walks and family activities. It is also close to Tamworth, with Birmingham just a short drive away. The house is situated on a small housing estate, and during my time here I had the pleasure of chatting with several neighbours at different times of the day every one of them was friendly and helpful with local knowledge. I would highly recommend this property and would happily stay again. Thank You

   Spend a week hear with my two children and dog. The house was clean warm and inviting. With little added touches that made us smile games books and internet for children and work. Highly recommend.
