I have been using let’s move in for a number of years now and have found Naomi to be excellent at her job. I recently had a change over of tennants, old tennants moved out and new ones moved in the following day I found this process to be the most stress free experience I’ve had so far. This estate agent is a con, please do not trust the company. I stayed with them for 2 years as I was very new to rentals and as I live in London it made sense to pick full management service. When they initially found me a tenant they advised single lady no pets. I then find out a couple of months later she has 2 boys. I asked why I was not informed. Naomi advised it is discriminatory and she does not need to inform me about the children. ITS MY DAMN HOUSE! I PAID FOR IT! I then did another inspection and found out the tenant has a cat. I questioned Naomi and was advised the tenant is just looking after the animal for her friend. I stopped the service as most of the time I had to do all the work anyway. It was pointless, recently I did a renovation and I went to see the property, this is where the tenant told me, she paid extra for the cats and informed the agent about her children. In addition to the pack of lies, they made me me pay for windows that are SHAMBLES! I did not get an invoice for and the window guy damaged the bath tub and caused leaks, which caused ceiling damage. I also was informed by the tenant that the windows where done by the estate agents friend. I asked for details so I can request a bath tub repair Naomi said he does not work anymore! THIS ESTATE AGENT IS FULL OF LIES, THEY LITRELLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO A VERY BAD JOB. I am appalled at your service! PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS ESTATE AGENT. If you would like evidence I am more than happy to provide receipts. I have no issues with pets or kids, I'm a mom myself but as the owner of the property who paid you a sum every month. I deserve the truth!

Work that needed carrying out at the property was done immediately by Ricky as promised, unlike most places where it’s empty promises.

They refuse to fix anything that is required (my friends house). Had to have the council get involved which they are looking to fine the landlord as a result of neglect. If you have a boiler problem, good luck you’ll be left to freeze in minus conditions.

Naomi's communication is the best I have ever encountered, she keeps you updated as to what exactly is going on. She is continuously pleasant and always has a smile for you. I have had a few of my tenants comment on how fantastic she is and they really wouldn't go anywhere else, but then again neither would I. She comes very highly recommended!
