We cooked for our family almost every day, the kitchen is well equipped, the wood-burning stove keeps everything cosy when it is cool out, and everything is in immaculate condition. Carl and Fay go to great length to make you comfortable with a welcome pack to make sure you are not short of anything in the first few days of settling in. Our holiday was lovely and we would love to come back anytime in the future!”

“Fantastic , comfortable cosy cottage. You have everything you need and more. The location is excellent and the views from the top deck of the cottage are stunning. The welcome pack is above and beyond and Simon is a great host, makes sure you know everything when booking, arriving , during your stay and when you are departing, very courteous and friendly. Our two dogs loved the top garden where it was cool for them to chill. We had an amazing 10 day break at India cottage.”

“We had a fantastic stay at this property! It was clean, spacious, and felt just like home from the moment we arrived. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to towels and beach gear. One of the highlights was the lovely swimming pool – perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location couldn’t have been better: just a short walk to the beach and very close to the high street, where we found great restaurants, shops, and cafes. Customer service was also excellent – friendly, responsive, and efficient throughout our stay. 'Beaulieu Cottage' in Borthwood,Sandown and just returned from 'Baltija', St Lawrence. Each cottage has been excellent but we have to say 'Baltija' is a bit special given its fantastic location. We will definately use this company again. Highly recommended.”

“Beautiful cottage overlooking the estuary and just 3 mins walk from the Anchor Bleu pub. The interior has been done to a very high standard (powerful showers, an amazing upstairs ensuite bathroom, lovely kitchen). The information provided by the owners was really comprehensive with very fast responses to any questions. We'd happily stay there again and recommend.”

“My Wife & I have spent 6 nights under the care of Richard at Ventnor Bay House & we have enjoyed every minute of our time there. The host Richard is very special in that he aims to please in all he can do to make your stay as near to home from home as he can and he does - the rooms are lovely & large with everything you need from a bowl of fruit, to assorted drinks in the mini fridge, a huge bed & a great view out to sea. The breakfasts were excellent & done to your choice of items, in all, a lovely place to spend your holiday, my Wife & I would'nt hesitate to stay there again. Thankyou Richard for all you did.”

“I have visited Northlands many times with my family and am always struck by the kindness of all the staff there. Everyone is very attentive and I love their principle of adopting animals and allowing children to spend time with them. Their Christmas event was particularly amazing this year! Lots of arts and crafts, a movie, and a wonderful Santa on top of all of the regular attractions, a zip wire, animals, and lots of games! The food is also really good value for money. Would really recommend this place to any young family.”

“This was my second stay at The Loft, and won’t be my last! It is in an idyllic setting a minutes walk from the beach, and the area is safe and quiet. The Loft is beautifully decorated and feels a lot bigger than the photos suggest. The patio garden is an added bonus and catches the sun for most of the day- I enjoyed relaxing on the large outdoor furniture, reading a book by the pond. A real gem.”

“Just home from a girlie weekend break at Seaspray, Pagham and I wanted to share what a fabulous time we had! Accommodation is cute, charming with its railway sleeper character and a real home from home with everything that we needed. That view in the morning, the back door right onto the beach was so lovely, refreshing and a real treat. Beds were really comfy too, everyone slept well, helped by the sea air too! We explored a bit locally too and I know we would all love to go back and get our fix of Seaspray once more! Thank you Sam for providing everything we needed and making it such a memorable trip, I highly recommend a visit either a weekend or longer x”

“We stayed for a week in Fintray Cottage in August. On arrival, we were greeted by a bottle of rose wine and some other treats to make us feel welcome. The cottage was very clean, well presented and had a great seaside holiday feel. We also found the cottage to be extremely well equipped - even fans in each bedroom which we great in the hot weather. The area where the cottage is situated is a quiet residential area which we found very peaceful. The garden was secure and perfect for our dogs. The local village shops had everything we needed and we were made welcome at the local church on Sunday morning. Our favorite swimming spot was the Point in Bembridge, but there are many other beaches nearby to try, including Yaverland which is a lovely golden stretch of sand. They are not in walking distance but quickly reached by car. Our favorite walk was from Bembridge Mill. The garlic farm and Osborne House were worth a visit, but do allow a whole day at Osborne, to make the cost worthwhile!”

“Renting a large house with sea views for our family of three generations and two dogs is an annual, long weekend, event. There are 9 of us. The Shallows is by far the best yet. Grandchildren are two 20 year old girls and two 18 year old boys. The Shallows is a beautiful palatial home, well equipped, spacious beyond our expectations, beautiful spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and luxurious linen. The pool table, heated swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna, were all well used. The hot tub is in a fantastic position next to the sea with unobstructed views. Several lounge areas with their own TV’s enabled groups with different interests to separate. Apart from going out for Sunday lunch to The Ship (well recommended) and walking the dogs along the beach, we stayed in and around the house for the whole weekend.”
