   We had a fantastic post-Christmas stay at Sea Spray. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough! The apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished throughout and the kitchen is fabulously equipped - well above your average holiday letting, even has sharp knives! Recommend taking an extra tea towel and possibly loo roll but lots of dishwasher tablets, hand soap, washing up liquid etc. The real USP is the view, difficult to put into words but you could lose hours watching the sea, weather, people, sunsets etc! You couldn’t be closer to the beach if you tried! The beds were very comfy and there’s nothing like the sound of the waves to send you off to sleep at night. The heating was effective and so despite the wintry temperatures we were cosy and warm. We were a bit worried about parking but managed to get a space every time we came back, a bit tighter for space on New Year’s Day but still found a spot. In terms of amenities, there is a well-stocked Co-op a ten minute walk away, a couple of nice cafes and a good fish and chip shop closer than that. East Wittering (around 30 min walk) has a bit more in terms of shops, pubs and restaurants. The beaches were great for walking: you could get all the way to West Wittering in under 90 minutes at low tide, also lots of opportunity for water sports. Would definitely stay again!

   We had a wonderful stay at La Flora The house is beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The rooms are all so different and comfortable. The luxury of an en-suite or own bathroom was great for our group. Ben and Jess were the perfect hosts sending regular updates and instructions. Highly recommend for a group or family time away. Perfect location for the beach. We are hoping to visit again

   We had an exceptional stay at Longview. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed and is just minutes away from the beach, making it the perfect location. The home itself is stunning, with spacious and well-designed interior. The log fire was an added bonus! Ben, who helped with the booking, was incredibly helpful. He was quick to respond, accommodating, and made the entire process seamless. Highly recommend Boutique Beach Ltd and this house for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable beach getaway.

   Dear Ben and Jess We enjoyed so much our stay in Surfer’s Retreat. We come from Italy with our motorcycle that stayed at rear very peacefully. Surfer Retreat is a real house, and we enjoyed to cooked, to stay on the sofa watching television with a cup of tea, and my husband appreciated a lot the Nespresso machine. It’s a very silent flat, we appreciated have the washing machine, the wardrobe, a big bathroom. It is a flat completed of everything you need, also the blankets and the candles. We would like to came back again. The village is so pleasant and the flat is very near by the sea too. Thank you so much

   Wow, just back from a relaxing stay at Seascape. Don’t usually leave these sort of reviews, but this place was exceptional. Spacious, well appointed, but homely. Recently decorated, spotlessly clean and a pleasant five minute stroll to the beach! Nice quiet back garden, which is lovely after a day out exploring. The local area is cute and has a good number of shops and beach side cafes and bars. The beautiful Chichester Marina is only ten minutes drive & Dell Quay even closer. All in all, 10 out of 10. Book with confidence, we’re already planning a second trip!
