   I have been very impressed with Sims Williams. Gracie was the agent that showed me around the property I purchased, and I was so impressed. She was professional, punctual, knowledgeable about the flat and her communication after was excellent. I then dealt with Amy from the sales progression team and she too was amazing.    Sims Williams in Bognor Regis, in particular Lucy Hampton have treated my Mum and i very well. You would appreciate that it has been a very difficult time being told my Mum's rented property was being sold, and at 89 years old she had to find another home. After registering with quite a few agents, we weren't getting anywhere and then it suddenly clicked that we were just going through the motions, and noone was prepared to take on an "old lady". Well that is what it felt like. Then we came across Lucy and the team at Sims Williams. They all treated my Mum with dignity and respect and genuinely aimed to help her in the best way they could. Lucy went above and beyond to take time to communicate with us, and be honest about the referencing process. She was trying to help us with other avenues to explore. In the end the right property came up with my Mum's current letting agent. Lucy was pleased for us and wished us all the best. Very professional but with the human touch you need. Thankyou.

   I recently purchased a property in Chichester as a cash buyer. The team at the Chichester branch were very professional, efficient, supportive and helpful at all stages. I felt under no pressure and am confident that the information they provided was honest and accurate. The sales team followed up my offer promptly to secure the property. Subsequently the sales progresser was a great asset in monitoring and co-ordinating the interaction between solicitors during the conveyancing process with the result that completion was achieved two months after my offer. A very nice touch was a card and candle gift presented to me on collection of the keys. I would therefore highly recommend using this estate agents.

Going through the rental market first before exploring and buying in the area, Jo Mallett has made our experience extremely easy and pleasurable. Her relatable approach and inside knowledge (being a West Sussex native) was extremely helpful.
