   This apartment is a gem _ cleverly designed with high-quality equipment, elegant furniture, and a welcome gift thoughtfully sourced from both local and UK providers. From the moment we stepped in, soft music and ambient lighting created a warm, inviting atmosphere. One of the standout touches was the automatic night light in the toilet _ subtle yet incredibly practical, allowing just enough light without disturbing sleep. It's these small details that show how much care has gone into making guests feel comfortable. The location couldn't be better : right in the center of Chichester, with shops, cafés, restaurants, and the cathedral all within easy walking distance. And a special mention to Maria, whose warm and friendly welcome made us feel instantly at home. She took the time to answer all our questions about Chichester, adding a personal touch that made our stay even more memorable. Thank you Maria.

   Lovely apartment and in excellent position right in centre of town ( with very effective double glazing!). Thoughtful cookies and milk supplies. Would definitely recommend - but if you think you’ll want to watch TV while there take your passwords for Netflix/amazon/BBC etc as you need to log into your own accounts on a smart tv..

   We stayed here for two nights and loved the apartment. It was very clean, well presented and we appreciated all the extra touches provided by the owner. It is in a perfect location for visiting Chichester and beyond and provided us with a great base. The view of the cathedral was an extra bonus. We will certainly be back and recommend these lovely apartments to the others. Nick was the perfect host and answered any questions promptly.

   We spent four nights here and very much enjoyed our visit to South Street apartments. Loved the modern decor in the studio apartment and the location was perfect, we were able to pop home for a cup of tea or freshen up during the day. Maria was brilliant and she kept everywhere spotless. The fresh milk in the fridge and cookies on arrival were a lovely touch. Complimentary parking in a nearby car park was a real bonus and we never used the car. Nick was helpful when we had a couple of queries and they were quickly answered. We'd been away for 10 days so appreciated using the washing machine in the basement. All in all a very pleasant and enjoyable visit thank you.

   Our second stay in this brilliant location. Spotlessly clean throughout with little touches that make you smile. Loved view of cathedral this time and as weather was so hot we appreciated the lovely trees there keeping the room cool. Bakery and pizza restaurant just below both excellent for food and the whole of Chichester on the doorstep. Would recommend and would stay again.
