   We booked both Villas Roncovisi and Angelo to spend a whole week with our family and friends. We had an amazing experience. We also had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Villas. We were able to accommodate all our 21 guests comfortably, and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Jo was wonderful since the first contact, she was always available for any questions. She even organised a way for us to visit the Villa before we finalised our booking. The owner was also very friendly and took care of all our requests. The Villa has its own Chef for Weddings and we were very happy with his services. The Villas are beautiful inside and outside and they are very well taken care of. We loved every detail and everyone had an experience of a lifetime. We will for sure come back for our 10th year wedding anniversary ❤️

   We spend one week at Villa Sunrise. The Villa is located directly at the lake with a private strand. The location is excellent, very quite, big old trees which are casting shadow and a really nice table and seating directly at the lake. The house is well equiped with a good layout. We enjoyed the week very much.

   What can I say about our family trip to Tuscany? Other than it was the ultimate Italian dream. The villa was absolutely beautiful. Jo at Bookings for you, was extremely helpful and did everything that she could to make this trip the best it could be and it really was. I have never used Bookings for you before, but I will be using them again. Jo answered all of my many questions in the week and on weekends. Nothing was ever too much. So if you are thinking about booking your holiday with Bookings for you do not hesitate to do so!!!

   Cassina Rossa in Forte Dei Marmi was a perfectly located villa to enjoy all things Forte & truly feel like a local! The communication with the owner and her representatives was so easy and they were VERY helpful with anything we needed during our stay. We so enjoyed waking up every morning and either taking our coffee intown while it was super quiet and watching everything wake up around us or on most mornings we rode the bikes that were supplied to us to the wonderful market that was literally down the street and picked up anything we needed fresh for the day. The kitchen was beautifully equipped and we made espresso most mornings and either sat outside on ground level patio or on the roof top overlooking the mountains. It was comfortable enough to have lunch and dinner at home a couple of times and fun setting a beautiful table with their pretty dishes, linens, etc. Having Bagno Vasco the very authentic classic beach club included was a dream and a big savings! Great food, easy location to bike or drive to and the position of our chairs, umbrella and sunbed right next to the sea was great. We were there for over 2 weeks and for a nominal amount he supplied us with their towels each day so we didn’t have to bring back and forth. The villa’s proximity to the center of town can’t be beat. It’s quiet enough to be a bit removed and beautiful to see the mountains whenever walking or riding home but so close to all the wonderful restaurants & very upscale & unique shops. Forte has such a unique vibe day and night especially on market days (Wednesday and Sunday). The markets are so full of clothing, housewares, etc that you’ll need to bring an extra bag or ship stuff home. People come from everywhere to take advantage of it. The location of Forte Dei Marmi is so central and close to other towns like Pietrasanta up in the hills which allows you to experience a completely different more typically Tuscan area within a short 15-20 min drive and it’s also very close to Lucca, Pisa & Carrara (where they get the marble) only 1 1/2 hours from Florence and Portofino if you are staying longer and want to take some wonderful daytrips. Forte Dei Marmi doesn’t have the dramatic coastline of the Amalfi coast but the beauty of looking one direction and seeing the beaches and looking the other and seeing the stunning mountains including Carrara is truly unique and offers its own special beauty. Another plus is that it is very flat so much easier than many Italian towns to walk and ride bikes which everyone does everywhere. It’s fun to see everyone (mostly Italians which we loved) fully dressed for dinner on bikes as it’s truly the chosen form of transportation for the young and old. We can’t wait to return!!

A fabulous destination in Tuscany, highly recommended for a relaxing stay (gorgeous infinity pool where we watched the sun set whilst sipping wine on our patio) or for touring the region.    We have just spent a fabulous week at Apartment Casarini booked with Bookings for You. Bookings for You provided excellent communication with us both prior to and during the trip to ensure that everything ran as smoothly as possible for us. The apartment was great: well equipped, modern, bright and with balconies and an infinity pool having beautiful views of the lake. Highly recommended!

   Absolutely fabulous accommodations….spotless, modern, excellent location. We spent a wonderful time with our family of 6 with plenty of room for everyone. The view from the balcony was amazing. Communication was right on…responded immediately to any questions we had. Easy parking underground….you have a designated enclosed spot! Will be back again!

   We had a wonderful week at Villa Barbanera in Spello. The house is a unique, spacious and beautiful conversion of part of an ancient church in an extremely attractive little town, with marvellous views over the Umbrian countryside. The villa's superb terrace, deep in the welcome shade of its 2 metre thick walls, was the perfect space to enjoy long, sociable lunches. As well as enjoyable trips to Assisi, Montefalco and elsewhere, the location on the edge of the town made it easy for each member of our family party to go off in independent exploration of Spello's churches, shops and restaurants before returning for a cooling dip in the pretty little pool. The villa's owner Andrea was friendly, helpful and a fantastic source of local knowledge, while the service received from Jo of Bookings for You was excellent throughout - thank you!
