   Review Beautiful house, clean with plenty of space. We had a lovely weekend, relaxing, walking, going to cafes and pubs. A great trip to Chichester to do some Christmas shopping. A brilliant weekend away with friends and we would return!

   We stayed in Taylors Copse Cottage. A cosy, beautiful house in a beautiful environment. The host and hostess are very friendly and welcoming. The house is equipped with every comfort, beautiful and clean and always wood for the wood stove. The area is beautiful, good for walks. We hope to stay here again.

   Renting a large house with sea views for our family of three generations and two dogs is an annual, long weekend, event. There are 9 of us. The Shallows is by far the best yet. Grandchildren are two 20 year old girls and two 18 year old boys. The Shallows is a beautiful palatial home, well equipped, spacious beyond our expectations, beautiful spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and luxurious linen. The pool table, heated swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna, were all well used. The hot tub is in a fantastic position next to the sea with unobstructed views. Several lounge areas with their own TV’s enabled groups with different interests to separate. Apart from going out for Sunday lunch to The Ship (well recommended) and walking the dogs along the beach, we stayed in and around the house for the whole weekend.

   Mill Barn is all you'd ever want in a holiday cottage, and more. From the stylish and well-equipped interior to the beautiful garden and stunning surroundings, it really is a gem. Add to that a very kind and genuinely caring host, and you have a winning combination. I run private retreats and I see a lot of holiday cottages in the course of my work, and this really is as good as it gets. I look forward to returning with new clients in the future.

   Our hosts at 'Little Vintners' were very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help, whilst not being intrusive in any way. They were extremely responsive to text messages and were very accommodating to a couple of other requests we had. Do remember to read the arrival instructions properly and communicate your actual arrival time to get the very personal meet, greet and walk-around which was really welcoming. They had also provided some 'arrival-essentials' such as milk, teabags and cookies, as well as some 'extras'; lovely sourdough bread and jam to have with the tea (none of which was the cheap stuff either) which was very thoughtful! The cottage itself is quite new and is kept spotlessly clean. There's a smart TV with Sky (Now TV) which was great for watching the Olympics and F1 which were on when we stayed. The setting is very private and peaceful and very close (5 minutes walk) to the Nyetimber and Nutbourne vineyards. The weather was great and so they offered us some extra-comfy chairs for the garden, which is large and very well maintained and makes the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing glass of rose wine and a grazing board (see pics)! Bliss! We loved our stay and highly recommend the hosts and their lovely cottage. Hopefully we will stay there again some day on another winery visit. Thanks!
